I visited in early March, and it was spectacular in the snow and with the frozen lake below. Si trova a una trentina di kilometri da brașov un paesino che dista due ore e mezzo di treno da Bucarest. Per arrivare al castello da Brașov ci sono dei taxi o autobus. Taxi ho pagato 50 euro ma ci ha anche aspettato che visitavano il castello e riportati a Brasov. L autobus costa di meno. Io l' ho visitato i primi di marzo ed era spettacolare sotto la neve e il lago ghiacciato sotto.

Pieno di stanzine e cunicoli.ci sono due parti separate a pagamento extra ma non sono rilevanti, a scelta se vederle o no, noi abbiamo fatto la stanza della tortura in più ma avendone già viste altre non ha nulla di diverso...la storia di dracula viene scarsamente menzionata e forse anche un po ridicolizzata ma il castello in sé a me è piaciuto.
