I really liked it. It's a bit of a tourist trap, but it's not a bad place. Dracula tricks people into going, but once there you hear about it's real history and ties to Queen Marie it just brings the place to life and is a real interesting story. I also think that Marie and Dracula's ties to Britain bring the whole thing full circle and I think Marie would be very happy people are visiting. The floors with the real history are separated well from the more touristy floors I thought. Although it needs a bit more investment into both. The horror floors a goofy but I thought fun anyway. The torture rooms were fun too but full of historical inaccuracies so that's why I removed a star. I don't think they need to remove anything. They just need to add more information about the real history about some of these items. The time tunnel was also just a joke and is so bad. Just screens with faces on them. Avoid this. As a whole I recommend this place. Learn the history, have a bit of goofy fun, and admire the beautiful architecture and English garden. It was pretty empty when I went though. If it was very busy, I doubt I would have liked it.

Nice castle with stories behind. I bought day trip through Klook, and bought the offer in the bus to get advanced purchased ticket entering Castle Bran. Morning visit is most recommended as later part of the day the queuing is massive. The stories and dioramas about Dracula and ghosts were not point of my interest as I do not enjoy horror stories, but overall worth to visit.
