However, there are far fewer Dracula references than visitors might expect. Some of the immersive Romanian folklore rooms felt a bit tacky and could be improved. Overall, it’s a fascinating and memorable place, though it would benefit from sharing more of its own history — especially the military history of the fortress — in greater depth.
