I was quite disappointed with Bran Castle. The entrance fee feels expensive considering what is actually offered inside. The castle is relatively small, there is very little information or content to explore, and the visit can be completed in a short amount of time. The site is heavily marketed around the Dracula legend, but the actual historical connection is minimal. Much of the experience feels aimed at tourists rather than providing a meaningful cultural or historical visit. The castle itself is well preserved and the surrounding scenery is beautiful, but overall I don't think the experience justifies the ticket price. If you are expecting an impressive castle or a rich museum experience, you may leave disappointed.
