Absolutely unforgettable experience with Bluuu on my trip to Nusa Penida. From start to finish, everything was perfectly organized, professional, and genuinely caring. I want to give a special thank you to our amazing guides Gio and Deryck, who truly made today’s trip exceptional. What stood out the most was how much attention they paid to our safety and comfort, especially when moving around and getting on and off the boat. They never rushed us and always made sure everyone felt secure. For those of us (myself included) who are not skilled swimmers, they were incredibly patient and supportive during snorkeling. Instead of limiting the experience, they actually made sure we still got the full adventure. They stayed close, guided us in the water, reassured us, regularly checked in with us, and helped us relax so we could really enjoy the ocean. Thanks to them, I was able to see so much including turtles, which was honestly magical. Gio was especially keen and attentive. You could tell he genuinely cared about everyone’s experience. On top of that, he took so much time to capture beautiful photos and videos, making sure we had memories to keep forever. He really went the extra mile to “kapeseek” every special moment for us. Both Gio and Deryck were professional, friendly, fun, and knowledgeable. They created such a positive atmosphere and made the whole day feel safe, exciting, and relaxed at the same time. If you’re thinking about visiting Nusa Penida, I highly recommend choosing Bluuu. Had such a great day at Bluu tours with Nyoman & Kadek on the snorkelling and land tour. They made sure we had a great time and safety was always first. They were also very informative, sharing knowledge about the sea life and the islands. They went above and beyond for capturing the day on the go pro camera. We even saw sea turtles. The tour was very comfortable with coffee provided at the start as well as clean towels and a shower when returning.

We had an incredible day with this tour company! The crew were extremely kind, caring, and made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The snorkelling was amazing with very high visibility — easily one of the best experiences we’ve had in Bali. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to visit the manta ray spot due to high swells, but this was completely out of anyone’s control and the team handled the situation safely and professionally as well as offered us a more sheltered spot to do more snorkelling. Lunch at La Rossa was a lovely bonus — the food was great, it came with a drink, and we even had access to the pool, which was such a nice way to relax between activities. A special shout-out to Nemo, our tour guide, who genuinely felt like a friend by the end of the day. His energy, humour, and helpfulness made the whole experience even more memorable. Highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for a fun, safe, and unforgettable adventure in Bali!

Nyoman & Chris were fantastic tour guides. The water was choppy at first but once we moved to the other bay it became quite calm. The North Island was crystal clear and we saw Manta Rays and Turtles. The pictures and videos our guides took were fantastic. Definitely worth the money!

I booked two tickets to their ‘Premium All Inclusive Full Day Tour from Bali to Nusa Penida’ unfortunately the night before our tour I feel gravely ill with Bali Belly and had to be emergency hooked up to an IV. I notified the company as soon as I was physically able to a few hours before the tour to notify them that I wouldn’t be able to attend along with my reasons and supporting documents and asked if it would be possible to rebook for a later date. There response that they were sorry to hear I was sick and that if I’d like to rebook I’d have to pay ANOTHER $264.52 usd. Avoid this overpriced and unreasonable tourism group and book elsewhere with my flexibility and understanding.

I recently took the Nusa Penida tour with Bluuu Tours. While it was a fun day with some high-end touches, there were significant gaps between the advertised itinerary and the actual experience. The Reality Check: The itinerary seems more like a "best-case scenario" than a schedule. We were supposed to hit 4 snorkeling points, but only covered two. We only got to a third spot because we couldn't access Manta Point. Speaking of which, Manta Point feels like a marketing tactic; even on a sunny day with good wind, the Harbor Master denied us entry. You have to be incredibly lucky to actually get there. Similarly, the "Secret Spot" is just a stop near the harbor to finish the tour—nice, but not exactly a hidden gem. The Highlights: The "premium" aspects of the tour saved the day. The hoodie towels (robe towels) were a game-changer: I never realized how necessary they are for a boat tour until now. Ending the day with Prosecco was a classy touch, and having a Prosecco/GoPro photographer capturing the trip meant we could just relax. The guides were friendly, and they kept us well-hydrated with plenty of water and fresh fruit throughout the day. Final Verdict: The lunch was average at a nice location, and the land tour felt a bit rushed. Go for the friendly crew and the comfortable boat, but manage your expectations regarding the specific snorkeling spots. Key Pointers for Future Travelers Itinerary Flexibility: Do not expect to hit every point listed. The timing is tight, and stops are often cut or swapped. The Manta Ray Gamble: Be prepared for the Harbor Master to cancel the Manta Point leg even in seemingly good weather. It is not guaranteed. Standout Amenities: The robe towels and the GoPro footage are the best "value-adds" of this specific tour company. The "Secret Spot": It’s essentially a stationary boat party near the harbor to finish the Prosecco: fun, but more about the drinks than the location. Amazing tour—very well organized with the best crew. I enjoyed every moment- from beginning til the end. Stress free. It’s a shame we didn’t get to see the manta rays- for safety reasons, but seeing turtles was already incredible. Plus, their office is the most aesthetic one I’ve ever been to with free coffee and tea? Such a great experience overall. 🌊🐢✨ 💯Totally recommended!

We did the group tour in rainy season in December and Bluuu tours were amazing. There were three tour guides plus a captain who handled everything from snorkelling gear, towels, fruit and water, drivers on nusa penida and all clear safety instructions. The tour depends on weather conditions but our tour we paid a little more (~$50 AUD) to also get a driver to pick us up and drop us home at the end of the tour back in Seminyak and this can be organised through communication with Bluuu once the booking is done. Our driver Sukma was a legend and waited and called us because we had overslept but we still got there on time. There is a professional and comfortable waiting building with showers, toilets, coffee, tea and books and then the group walks to the port. Once on the boat you get towels and offered fruit and water and go to two snorkelling spots on Nusa Lembongan then to another diving spot off Nusa Penida then to the port and to a van for an amazing lunch at AMARTA with an included select menu with amazing views for an hour. During this time we got to chat with everyone else on our tour and swim in the pool. From there a long drive to Kellingking beach lookout for 20 mins then back to the port for the final snorkelling sport with Manta Rays at the south of the island then back to port. An amazing day that was safe, fun and stress free. It was an amazing day with the best tour guides who where professional and funny and ensured that we where safe at all times and had lots of memories capturing the experience on go pros. 10/10 would recommend, very thankful for everyone at Bluuu and Bali day tours.

Had an awesome day out snorkeling and adventuring. Everything including the transport to and from the boat as well as on the island was seamless. The two guides Aden and Nyoman made the trip. Great hospitality and they took us to awesome spots and we managed to see multiple Manta rays and Turtles. 100% would recommend!

We booked a private full-day tour with Bluu Tours for three people, costing just over AUD $1,500, as we wanted a premium, private, luxury experience. The booking process was smooth, and they initially accommodated our requests, so we were really excited. Unfortunately, the evening before the tour, our entire group came down with severe food poisoning. It was completely unexpected, and we contacted Bluu Tours immediately to explain the situation. We asked if we could reschedule and were even happy to pay a rescheduling fee, knowing it was last-minute. Despite this, they were rigidly unwilling to offer any flexibility. We fully understand they have a 24-hour policy, but genuine, unforeseen medical situations do happen — and companies offering “luxury experiences” usually show at least some level of understanding or goodwill. Instead, we were told no rescheduling, no credit, no partial refund — nothing. We are now $1,500 out of pocket for a tour we physically could not attend, and we have no idea whether travel insurance will cover it. My advice: think carefully before booking with Bluu Tours. Their customer service is extremely inflexible, even in genuine circumstances outside a traveler’s control. When you’re paying for a high-end private experience, you’d expect at least a case-by-case approach. Sadly, we received none of that.

This was such an amazing experience! The yacht was super cool, you have a bananas and water there, also Budi and Gede were trying to make as much as possible to make this trip unforgettable. in the beginning we had three snorkeling stops, where we could see beautiful underwater life. The lunch was super good with just so awesome view, we got like an hour to just relax and chill, then they offered us to go to Kelinking view or just stay at the place with the pools and restaurant, we went to the Kelinking, but it was just too crowded, I mean the view is amazing but don't need to do that again. But Budi even took some stairs to make us the best photos with the view! Then we went to the last snorkeling stop at Manta bay, we saw one manta from the boat, few seconds in the water, but the she disappeared, which I understand because there were like three boats around. Whole trip was so unique experience, I highly recommend it to everyone!
