Great experience going on a trip with this company. 10/10 for safety and reassurance. We felt well looked after and saw a Manta Ray, Turtle and loads of fish on our snorkelling spots. The lunch was amazing too!

Awesome experience, swam with Manta and Turtles. Budi and Micky were great. I loved the boat ride too, however if you don't have your sea legs I suggest you take seasickness tablets before embarking, it can be choppy.

The tour was absolutely amazing and truly the highlight of my trip to Bali! Jena’s and Kudil’s kindness and hospitality made the entire day perfect. I definitely recommend this experience to everyone who is planning a trip to Bali soon. My fav moments of this trip? Lunch with incredible views, snorkel with manta rays and turtles and spotting some dolphins 😍 Also, they take incredible pictures under water!

This was a phenomenal boat tour! My husband and I booked this to spend the day snorkeling and exploring some of Bali. Our tour guide Nyoman was phenomenal. He did a wonderful job explaining the tour, making bc sure we all had a wonderful time snorkeling, and pointing out all of the sea life to us. We felt a little sea sick, and he quickly made sure to get us medicine and make us feel better as well so we could enjoy the day. If you go on this tour, we recommend requesting him! Not only is he so knowledgeable, he really made guests feel special and wanted everyone to enjoy their time. 5 stars all the way to Nyoman and the crew!

The crew and guides were incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring everyone felt at ease and creating a fun atmosphere. Snorkeling was a highlight, with vibrant marine life to explore, although we didn’t spot any manta rays on this occasion. It’s a good excuse to return for another trip! Had a great time with Day Trip Bali. Lots of snorkeling with safe and professional guides. We stopped at 4 picturesque snorkeling spots, had a delicious lunch, and then took beautiful pictures on Nusa Pineda island. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. This was a great experience for my girlfriend and I, and we got the perfect pictures for Facebook and Instagram!

It rained the last few days, all night and in the morning on our boat trip. Even though the skies were gloomy, rain was forecasted, the boat operator insisted that it was safe to proceed. Once the boat hit the ocean half an hour after, the choppy waters made everyone sick. The kids were dizzy, pale, some threw up and they were definitely not enjoying themselves. Within 2 hours, we felt we had to put our safety as the top priority, hence cutting the trip short. There were 4 adults and 6 kids aged 6-15. Things could go really bad if we were to continue. After we got back, we wrote to the operator to request if they could consider a partial refund. They replied that “ .. it was not possible as there were fixed costs of operating they had to bear .. “ even in the event of a cancellation. It is obvious that this operator is unethical who profits on the misfortunes of others. They offered a 10% discount on our next booking! Totally ridiculous! The boat trip was US$3k, a very costly mistake we made for picking an irresponsible operator. Stay away, don’t make the same mistake of using them. They are not worthy as TripAdvisor 2024 Operator. Read the 1 star reviews. The boat was much older than what was advertised. Don’t believe everything they advertised.

We booked a private custom tour for our large family with young kids, but it took a considerable amount of effort to get the company to understand our needs. Despite repeatedly mentioning that we did not want a multi-stop snorkelling tour, they kept suggesting multiple snorkelling stops. Eventually, we came up with an agreed plan. The night before the trip, there was a heavy storm, and we contacted them on the morning of the trip to confirm if it was safe to go out. They had to wait to get the all-clear, so we delayed our start slightly. It was still very rough once we got out to sea, and all the kids started getting sick, along with some adults. The first stop was too rough for swimming, so the captain decided to try another spot. It was very rough, making it unsafe for strong swimmers and kids. Half the boat was throwing up over the edge, so we turned around and returned not even halfway into the trip. It was definitely not kid-friendly. They knew we had young kids and should have postponed or cancelled the trip due to the rough sea. Additionally, the boat was extremely old compared to the photos on their website, which seemed to have been taken over 20 years ago. We thought we were getting on the wrong boat because it looked so old and run-down. The boat trip cost was extremely high for the quality of the boat, especially compared to a similar trip we recently made in Thailand on a brand-new boat for one-quarter of the price. We asked for a partial refund but had no luck. This boat tour is not suitable for families. - Not kid-friendly - Extremely rough seas and unsafe conditions - Old and run-down boat - Overpriced for the quality of the boat and tour Overall, we were disappointed with the experience and would not recommend this tour for families with young kids.

Incredible day out with Day Trip Bali. Wonderful crew, Olog and Putu did everything possible to keep our families safe and went above and beyond to make sure we see the Manta Rays and turtles. Can't fault anything. The trip did not disappoint at all.

Went on a manta ray snorkeling trip with this company in November and had an amazing time. Saw plenty of turtles and got to swim along the manta rays which had been a dream for a long time. The lunch place is really great with a view and food is good. Nyoman the guide was great at explaining everything and particularly at spotting the turtles which you may miss with unexperienced eyes even though they are right below you. And Ceco was amazing with the camera work. He took some great videos and photos of everything we saw. The service was very professional and worth the price you pay 👍🏻

Five stars for the service even though my partner was extremely seasick on the day. The Day Trip Bail team went above and beyond to help her through it providing medicine and staying with her the whole time. They also arranged seperate transfers to get us home early. Thank you so much team - it wasn’t exactly a fun day out but you made it so much better than it could have been.
