This is really worth it. Very friendly staff, in the office and in the bus. Always helpful and provided very good recommendations. And the bus saves you a lot of time to keep doing more routes. Recommended 250%

Staff were very friendly, the buses were very clean and comfortable. The tour guides were very informative. The lady with the orange hair was really friendly and very helpful some with both bus drivers. For $26 extra add on to your scenic world tour it’s well worth it, and if nothing else it just shows you all the cool spots so saves you driving around to figure out where everything is. Thanks guys :)

Tour guides were so knowledgeable, friendly and engaging. Been to the mountains a few times but this was our first time on the bus and certainly won't be the last- best way to tour Leura/Katoomba area and dip in and out of short walks/hikes.

Do not recommend. To long to wait between stops. Not all the bus stops have shelter from the rain either. Not worth the cost when you can uber for less and in a more direct way.

The staff and drivers are helpful and knowledgable. I was pressed for time and they were a big help to me. The attractions are described accurately so it's easy to know where you want to stop on the hop on hop off tour.

From the moment we collected our tickets until we arrived at Leura railway station to head back to Sydney, everyone that we encountered linked to the explorer bus was friendly, informative and couldn't have been any more helpful. The drivers were super and the bus ran like clockwork, never even a minute late! The gentleman who gave us our tickets and the run down of the service at the start of our day was fabulous. Bought the lyrebird which includes the scenic world admission. Buses were prompt with regular frequency and clear signages for each stop, making it a fuss free experience to tour and hike around the blue mountains. The bus drivers/guides were also incredibly helpful and friendly, providing many tips along the way.
