Reviews for Blue Cave Tours Dubrovnik

The jet skiing ride was fantastic! Quick, thrilling, and absolutely safe. We were given clear guidelines before our departure. Certainly, an entertaining game for girls or teenagers.

Our tour guide Mario was really good and he showed us the best spots around Croatia. I really recommend him. Very professional and down to earth guy! All the spots we went to where child friendly and just really fun to hang around at. I recommend the 6 hour boat rental because you really get to experience this the way it's supposed to be. He tried his best to recommend what to do at each spot and he always got as close to the bay as he could! Top company and top tour guide.

A perfect day on the Adriatic with Domonic! He knew the coastline like the back of his hand—guiding us to secret caves and quiet coves we’d never have found ourselves. Super chill vibe, great conversation, and stunning views all around. 10/10, would sail again in a heartbeat.

(Translated by Google) We had a truly wonderful time at sea. Our skipper, Zivo, showed us the most beautiful spots, bays, and caves on our four-hour tour. The whole experience was very relaxing; we were picked up from and dropped off at the hotel. Everything was well-organized, and it was a fantastic experience. Thank you so much, and we'd love to do it again! (Original) Wir haben eine traumhaft schöne Zeit auf dem Meer verbringen dürfen. 100% FRAUD! NEVER EVER AGAIN!! I would choose -5 stars if possible. Im still waiting for my deposit of 1.000€ and most likely wont get it back. This company is definitly fraudulent. We have received an incorrect receipt in croatian, the owner of this company even changed evidance afterwards to reject the request from the credit card company All of that while the boat was not even in good shape. Engine malfunction, feces in the cabin, bad service overall. This is professional fraud that aims to rip off people from other nations because the legal costs are too high to uncover the fraud. If you want to burn your money in exchange for a bad day on the water, you find it guaranteed with this rental company.

Attention! Security deposit thieves! We were in Dubrovnik with friends in August. We rented a boat online from GariTransfer for one day. We were asked to pay a security deposit on the day of the rental. I paid the money with a bank card. At the end of the day they accepted and inspected the boat and promised that the deposit would be returned within 7-20 days. When 22 days had already passed, I wrote to the company's e-mail with a question and a request for the return of the security deposit. I got a reply from the manager of the company, Nick, that we have almost destroyed the rented boat, which is a lie and their usual practice of robbing tourists. It turns out that there are many such cases of deposit theft by this company, Gari Transfer. I have now filed a legal claim with the bank for fraud and unfair business practices. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY'S SERVICES UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE!

(Translated by Google) A complete rip-off! Beware, I paid a €1000 deposit and never got it back. They claimed I was speeding and filed a police report, claiming they weren't even aware they now use speed cameras on water. Gas is overpriced; I'd rather fill up at a rest stop. I've contacted a lawyer, and the public prosecutor's office has opened an investigation for fraud.
