My personal experience: I booked a 20-minute private tour with a WhatsApp package for photography and videography. Everything seemed fine. I arrived early, excited, and faced a long commute from Seminyak to Nusa Dua. When I arrived, they told me the weather wasn't suitable for me to be out all day and that they'd forgotten to notify me via WhatsApp! They rescheduled it for the next day, and we thought, "Oh well, no problem." We arrived the following day, and the same thing happened: another long commute and traffic. We were surprised to find there was no photographer! They said the photographer was sick and asked me to take pictures with my phone! When I asked why they hadn't notified me via WhatsApp, they said, "Sorry, we forgot!" 😂 The bottom line is, my personal experience with them was terrible. If anyone asks me, I'd tell them to look for another company.
