I have to say, it's very nice and the helicopter driver was top notch and great to have. The views from the helicopter were incredible and the experience was amazing. I just have to drop a star because the ladies I gave my belongings to protect left it stained with coffee on the bottom which could've damaged my belongings inside.

It was truly a fantastic experience and I believe it’s definitely worth trying. The pilot and staff were very friendly, and overall, I was very satisfied with the quality of the tour. However, I was a bit disappointed with the response from the reception staff. Please note that this tour requires a minimum of four participants to proceed. My son and I were initially informed that our tour would begin at 10:45 AM. Later, we were told that another group requested to move the tour to 9:00 AM, and we agreed to this change. Since it is a 9:00 AM tour, we were instructed to arrive by 8:40 AM. We got there on time, but the other participants did not arrive until 9:15 AM. During that waiting period, the reception staff did not provide us with any updates or information. When we finally asked what was going on, we were simply told that the other guests were running late. I feel that this lack of communication was not appropriate, and the situation could have been handled more professionally. Of course, it was the other participants who were at fault for arriving late, but I was still disappointed with the way the reception staff handled the situation.
