You can sit inside or outside , they have bathrooms and food/drinks. They give a nice narrative of Seattle .

A Must Go Tour in Seattle
Excellent views of the city skyline and amazing crew and narration of the history of the city! We also had the chance to see orcas, which are not typically apart of the tour but was a nice addition and had amazing narration about that as well! Definitely the most bang for your buck while in Seattle.

Really nice boat tour! I booked this for our company cultural event and everybody enjoyed it. We lucked out with the weather - it was sunny and warm, so it made a perfect company outing!
