I had a fantastic experience with Argosy Cruises at the Seattle waterfront. The entire trip was smooth, relaxing, and a great way to see the city from a different perspective. The views from the water were beautiful, especially with the skyline, mountains, and passing boats all around. What really stood out, though, was the onboard experience. The food and drinks were surprisingly good, making the cruise feel even more enjoyable and comfortable. A special mention goes to our guide, Kirt, who was incredibly knowledgeable and engaging throughout the tour. He shared interesting facts and stories about Seattle’s history, landmarks, and waterfront in a way that kept everyone interested without feeling overwhelming. The staff overall were friendly and organized, and everything felt well run from start to finish. It’s a great activity whether you’re visiting Seattle for the first time or just looking for a relaxing outing.

One of their shoreside supervisors is a bully. I’ve received harassment and slander from her, including below-the-belt personal attacks, which made me so uncomfortable engaging with their services. Before booking, my party simply inquired if she still worked there to avoid unwanted contact, but despite clearly stating the purpose, it wasn’t kept confidential, and she contacted me directly on Facebook — highly unprofessional.

Excellent tour! Lars was our tour guide and he was entertaining and knowledgeable. Great way to spend a couple hours in Seattle.

Good cruise
Angelo was a good tour guide- lots of information about the sights as we cruised by them. He was friendly and chatted with the passengers and answered questions throughout the ride. Boat was clean, staff were very friendly and welcoming, cruise was smooth. An hour was a good amount of time to learn about Seattle and get a great view of the skyline.

The tour was awesome! Our guide was knowledgeable, talked just enough but allowed folks some time to just enjoy the sights. The lochs were awesome! I’d recommend checking this out. It’s a one way trip so plan an uber to get back to where you left from

Lovely guide great tour and view!
Easy to locate on the pier! Each pier is clearly numbered. Check in takes place at easily recognisable tents before boarding. Boarding and departure were all prompt. And the tour was on time start to finish. Kyle the tour guide was informative and humorous without over doing it. We had a lucky day with a clear view over the sound with a perfect view of mount rainer!

Cruising in Seattle
It was fun with added history about Seattle. It was a bit chilly and breezy morning. Nice to see Seattle from the Elliott Bay's angle.

The weather gods were smiling upon us for that one hour and we got a fabulous host/narrator - Angelo. He told us about the history of the seattle skyline, fun anecdotes and took lots of pictures! Recommend this to everyone who is curious about culture and history. The boat has snacks, cocktails and clean bathrooms. Loved it! Did it with the citypass and it saved us 💲

Cruise portion was enjoyable. But, we waited over 10 minutes in a light rain only to see (available) umbrellas were not offered and we easily could have been able to wait under a roof but that also was not offered. When we finished our cruise, those waiting to board did have umbrellas. 🤷🏻♂️

So fun! Even in chilly drizzle!
So much fun! It was a bit too chilly to stay in the top deck (although we did go up for a bit when we went thru the locks). But even inside it was just fantastic! We loved every minute and the tour guide told us so many interesting and fun facts. It was extra nice to be able to enjoy a beverage and snack from the bar onboard. A lovely day with family and I highly recommend.
