Great tour and very helpful employees. I had to change my type and time a few times and they were great about it. I did the harbor tour and Em was so good! They really knew their stuff and added a good energy to the experience

I booked this tour as part of the City3 pass. The location was easy to find and all of the employees were super friendly. Our guide was hilarious and very knowledgeable. We had dined at The Athenian the day before and wondered about the cargo ships and the tugboats and he answered all of our questions without us even asking! Unfortunately it was a foggy morning so our site seeing was limited, but that's the chance you take in Seattle and it didn't dampen our morning at all!

Great views of the city and amazing staff. This was definitely a highlight for us to see the panoramic views and learn the history of Seattle.

I had a friend visiting town, and as I’ve done many times before, I took them on a tour to experience the beauty of Seattle’s sights. I’ve always enjoyed this tour, but on this particular day, we were completely engulfed in fog, making most of the views impossible to see. In some areas, we had to sail closer to shore just to catch a glimpse, while other parts of the tour remained entirely obscured. The tour guide repeatedly resorted to saying things like, ‘If we could see, you’d be able to view…’ which only added to the disappointment. Unfortunately, this was a once-in-a-lifetime experience for my friend, and they never got to truly see the sights. I really wish Argosy would consider postponing or canceling tours when visibility is extremely poor. We spent $90 total on tickets and ultimately got little to no value from the experience.

We did the Ballard dock two hours tour. A good one. The guide gave a lot of info along the way, not in an intrusive way and that really made the trip. Just be aware you get off at a different place then we're you started. Streetcar will get you back in about 1/2 hr with some walking
