excellent customer service from greeting to answering questions. Nice facility, Great people. excellent facts shared about the history of the Seattle area. Great visuals of the skyline and Locks and lake union area

Great short hour tour of the downtown & harbor island. Staff was friendly and loved to hear about the town history. Views were amazing! Found out that the boat captain has been working there 50 years!! Perfect beautiful day! Just enough time to see everything!

I would recommend this cruise.
Nice cruise. Speaker was very well spoken and gave fun facts about a lot of the sights along the way. Hot chocolate was yummy and a nice touch to have available for purchase as it was a little chilly out. Fun experience in a nice environment. I would do this again.

Quinn the narrator was great! Enjoyable ride with great views of the city. The hour long ride was perfect after a day of walking around the city. The staff was very attentive.

Ideal use of time for a short visit to Seattle
This is an ideal trip and particular for short stays in Seattle, allowing you to take in a lot, in a short amount of time. Would I get the first boarding skip the line ticket again…absolutely no need in off-season as viewing positions are plentiful and 15% off at the bar was no huge incentive for a 1 hr trip. Sean who was telling us about the sights was excellent, super knowledgable and delivered at the right velocity. Make you sure tip him at the end for his troubles, he earns it. Even at 13 degrees, it wasn’t too cool in the harbour on the top deck with a coat on and the views are great. Bring your binoculars if you want to see the sea lions though!

Enjoyable way to enjoy the Bay with wonderful downtown views
A good way to get a view of Elliott Bay, downtown Seattle, and some surrounding areas from the water. Boarding went well; announcer/tour guide was good; and ship has lots of options for those that want to be outside and inside. Downside was that you could hardly hear the tour guide when inside. On a cold/windy day highly recommend good dress if you want to be outside--it can get breezy and cold. The tour could be 1-1/2 hours (but this is not really a downside, must something I think would fit).
