Signed up my partner and I for the snorkeling tour. Don’t bother going if you aren’t staying right next to the park. We got over a foot of snow and all the roads were closed so there was no way for us to get there the day of the trip. We contacted them by phone and email and they said they would promptly follow up with us but it took 4 days to hear back via email that we aren’t able to switch days (we had already left the country) or get a partial refund. The woman on the phone had zero sympathy to our situation and was telling us the road didn’t look closed on her end, just that it had not been updated on roads.is yet to show it was actually closed. I would only recommend booking with this company if you are already located right next to the meeting zone because the communication is truly horrific. It was an unfortunate waste of time and nearly $300

Arctic Adventures is a joke. I called and emailed hours before my tour meetup time because all the roads in Vik were closed due to weather. They pretty much told me to go screw myself, and no refund.

We booked a northern lights tour, waited an hour outside for the bus (in -1 degree weather), called and were told it was just running a little late, then half an hour later got a call letting us know the driver skipped our spot and would not return for us. Awful awful service. Not even sure if they will refund. I would NEVER book this company again.

We were absolutely blown away by our 3-day tour of the Golden Circle and South Coast with Arctic Adventures. In just three days, we learned more about Iceland’s volcanoes, geography, and history than I ever did in school! Every stop was breathtaking, and the tour was perfectly organised with knowledgeable guides who made the experience so much more enriching. Iceland is truly unreal — its natural beauty is unlike anything we’ve ever seen. Highly recommend this tour!

We were absolutely blown away by our 3-day tour of the Golden Circle and South Coast with Arctic Adventures. In just three days, we learned more about Iceland’s volcanoes, geography, and history than I ever did in school! Every stop was breathtaking, and the tour was perfectly organised with knowledgeable guides who made the experience so much more enriching. Iceland is truly unreal — its natural beauty is unlike anything we’ve ever seen. Highly recommend this tour!

Do not book with this company. I booked the tour via Booking.com at midnight for an 8 AM departure and provided a pickup point during booking. I waited at the location, but they left without me, claiming it was because I booked last minute. Other companies I’ve booked with last minute had no issues, and this company isn’t even the cheapest option. I specifically chose them because they allowed me to add a pickup point, but the experience was awful. To make matters worse, the operator was rude and completely unhelpful. Avoid at all costs.

What wonderful guides! We did the glacier snowmobile. Even though we couldn’t see the ice cave due to recent flooding, it was still a blast. The guides here were very transparent about conditions, teach you what to do, and are fun! From the drive up, snowmobiling and the few learning moments, it was a 10/10.

El Golden Circle estuvo muy bonito. Dos actividades fueron impresionantes y la guía Lili 💯. Todo muy claro. Gracias por todo The Golden Circle was pretty. Two activities were impressive and I really like our guide Lili 💯. Thanks for everything. 🇨🇷

We really enjoyed our tour of the Golden Circle. Lili was pleasant, enthusiastic and knowledgeable. There is quite a bit of driving involved in the trip but there are some good sights to see, so it's worth it.
