Nous avons fait du snorkeling à Silfra encadré par Inès et avons passé un très bon moment. Merci à elle pour sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme

We did the one day South Coast tour today. It was quite remarkable. The locations were all stunning and we had every type of weather - sun, rain, fog, back to sun - which made it even more dramatic. Our guide, Guna, was terrific. She was very knowledgeable and pleasant and kept her cool while driving through a swift change of weather which would have made me a bit nervous. Overall a wonderful day, 10/10 would recommend.

Our family of four: two adults and two children ages 8 and 11 did the Volcano Veins tour with Extreme Iceland. Extreme Iceland is the agency that organizes the tours but other smaller vendors perform all the tours. This particular tour was done by Arctic Adventures. The cave was amazing, a 5, but the rating was reduced due to the following: 1. The guide Sven was unprofessional. He was smoking pipe the whole time, including in the van and in the cave. He was swearing in front of everyone and my kids when talking about tourists or when he could not pronounce English words. 2. He drove extremely unsafe, speeding all the time. We did not feel safe in the van. 3. He was stretching the tour and being extremely slow, smoking and sitting in the cave when everyone was already done. He didn't have much to say and whatever he was saying was the bare basics and not very interesting. I was pretty bored. 4. The equipment and van were very old.

The combined tour (glacier hike plus kayaking) was one of the best experiences I had in Iceland. Marketa, our glacier guide, made sure we adjusted our crampons properly, knew how to use the gear, and understood how to walk safely on snow and ice. She also made the walk fun and shared a lot of fascinating information about the glaciers. We even got a quick lesson on how to drink glacier water Viking-style! Later in the day, the second part of the tour was kayaking in the glacier lagoon, which was also fantastic. Fabio gave us safety instructions so we could feel secure on our kayaks on that rather windy day, guided us through different parts of the lagoon so we could admire various floating icebergs, while also sharing interesting facts about the area. His tour was both fun and informative. I highly recommend the experience! :)

Kamil was a great guide providing good information and ensuring we were getting what we needed from the trip. And he has a lovely sense of humour which added to the fun of the trip. Thank you!

Vjeran was a fantastic guide! He knew so much about Iceland and all the different spots we visited. He even changed our itinerary to see places he thought we would enjoy. He took us to so many sights in a short period of time. Highly recommend him to guide you.
