The 6-day tour was awesome, Iceland is amazing, and our tour guide Lili is the best! Her love of the country is infectious, she took us to yummy restaurants, and impersonated the Icelandic "Þetta reddast" way of life. Iceland really is an amazing place and I'd recommend this tour to everyone. Just note that the bus is very small!

Honestly a solid experience with them, did both a highlands tour & glacier hike and both were spectacular, few organizational kinks to work out but once we arrived on site for the glacier, it was executed flawlessly.

My airport pickup was smooth once I found out where to exit the airport--you must walk TO the bus lot once exiting. No one comes looking for you. Excellent tour for Northern Lights! They pick an area where other companies dont go, where the wind is still and sightings are good. It was so rainy and windy at first with lots of cloud cover. Eventually the rain stopped and the lights got progressively better, with them being so bright by the end that I could capture them on my not so great Samsung camera! No blankets were provided (or chairs to use them in), so that's a minus star there. Hot chocolate comes out pretty late as well, so you may be cold for a while. Tips: Bring handwarmers, learn camera settings for Northern lights for fancy cameras beforehand and set them before arriving. Also if you are very long-legged, all these tours take small vans and you will only really be able to sit in the front. Let the company know in advance otherwise the 1st pickups will hog them.

Good company with competitive prices. The katla ice cave tour was good and some information about the glacier. The tour departed on time and lasted enough. The booking system is very efficient, and cancellation policy and refund process is very good and fair. I would only recommend to ask guides to speak louder or stop the engine when sharing information because the people on the back can't hear at all because of engine noise.

Incredible tour with our guide Guna. This is a sight to see and not miss while in Iceland. Guna was incredible and super knowledgeable and made the hike that much better. Our driver snjóhvítur (I hope i got the name right) was amazing too and kept us safe and sound the whole route!

Silver Circle tour with a visit including a horse farm, 2 spectacular waterfalls - and best of all - a visit to a lava tube formed 5200 years ago which was the highlight of our entire visit to Iceland (and there were many highlights so the competition was steep - but this wins, hands down). If you're "older" be aware that the lava tube has 100+ wood steps going down to the tube (and back up of course) and that the first portion of the tour is on natural lava flooring which is uneven and with only your helmet headlamp for illumination. We needed help to manage this - and our guide happily provided it. It was a bit intimidating but I'm VERY glad we persevered. The rest of the tour is on an easily navigated wood walkway. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

The first few days of the tour were fine, but the later experience was very disappointing. My highland day was canceled last minute with only an email (no phone call, even though I had a European number). The replacement option was also canceled late at night, and when I called asking for any solution with pickup, customer service simply told me to “figure it out myself.” The next morning, the Chinese support only sent me a refund form. When I asked for compensation for half a day of lost time and accommodation, the response was dismissive and unhelpful. On top of that, the logistics were messy — wrong hotel arrangements, unnecessary detours, and even luggage issues. Overall, very unprofessional handling. The beginning was fine, but the way problems were managed ruined the experience. Definitely would not book with this company again.

We had two great experiences with Arctic Adventures, the Silfra snorkelling adventure and Circle Tour. Transportation was timely and drivers quite professional and guides were knowledgeable and engaging.

We did the 8-day Northern Lights tour (which we later found was just the 6-day tour plus a northern lights boat tour before and a northern lights bus tour after (which was cancelled)). My review is for the 6-day tour. Iceland is beautiful and amazing! The tour was fantastic. All the sites that were packed in were incredible. Our tour guide Lili was top notch and really elevated the experience! WE LOVE LILI! Not only does she have a wonderful personality (perfect for this job), she took us to great lunch stops too (organic farm, small kitchens with homemade food, etc.) Great food, great sites, great experience! My only problem with the tour .... while we had a brand new bus (with wifi and charging ports), the aisle was so narrow and the spacing between rows was worse than an airplane. It was just so cramped and tight. The experience would have been better with more breathing space. By the end it just felt so claustrophobic. There were 18 of us on the bus (full bus) and thankfully a great group of people. We got along well and had so much fun together. (Our luggage had to be pulled by trailer b/c there was no room on the bus for luggage. The bus was not really designed for this type of trip.)
