disappointed The tour itself was good, but the guide left something to be desired. The masks provided were extremely tight, which caused a lot of discomfort. The most disappointing thing was the photos included in the package: they are completely unusable. The images taken during the dive are all blurry and smudged, and it is not possible to identify anyone's face. Unfortunately, the quality is so low that no photo can be used. Considering that the tour is sold with photos included, the experience ended up being quite frustrating. I do not recommend it.

We did the Ice Cave tour and just amazing! Thor, the guide, was super fun and engaging. Magnificent adventure and very professional crew. One of the best experiences I've had in my entire life.

I had an amazing experience with Arctic Adventures! Pros: Lots of tour options at competitive prices. The website shows the guide and group size for each tour, perfect if you prefer smaller groups. Their booking system is super convenient—you can easily change dates, pick-up locations, or even cancel on your own. I booked 3 tours: a 3-day tour, glacier hiking, and horse riding. Every tour was fantastic! The guides were friendly, attentive, and really made sure everything went smoothly. Highly recommend! My 3-day tour guide:Vjeran.I highly recommend them; they truly love Iceland and their work in tourism. For the horse riding tour, I was the only participant. The farm was a 45-minute drive, and they didn’t cancel—they came specifically to pick me up. Cons: Customer service replies can be slow. Messages on the website usually take at least a day to get a response.

Our guide was Vjeran. He was a wonderful guide. He made sensible changes to the itinerary to make the best of the weather and conditions, and also added a few delightful places along the way. He was also mindful of our dietary restrictions (vegetarian). I would absolutely recommend Arctic Adventures, primarily because they have guides like Vjeran!!!

Great experience, Isaac was great, informative and fun. I would recommend everyone to dress warm and be sure to wear shoes with ankle support.

We did the 5 day tour with Vjeran so we could make the most of our once in a lifetime family trip. Vjeran was professional, funny, punctual, and most importantly: an excellent driver! We had some crazy wind/rain/snow in our five days and he got us everywhere safely. Highly recommend both Arctic Adventures and Vjeran. 10/10!

Highly recommend the 3 day south coast and golden circle tour. Our guide Vjeran was super knowledgeable and passionate and even with some windy conditions throughout the first two days, kept us informed and excited. It’s a good length and the drives between stops don’t feel super long, and nor does the time at the locations feel rushed. This is a great option to book!

We did the northern lights spotting with Radek, great guide who worked tirelessly to find us the best spot to see the northern lights and we were not disappointed. He also took photos that you have access to for free of everyone on the trip. Worth the money and we did far better than a lot of others who went out with other operators on the same night.

Comfortable transfer to see the Katla ice cave. A special jeep took us to the location and Ice cave tour as well as the hike was one of the best experience of my Iceland trip. Both the tour guides Chao and John gold were wonderful. WiFi didn’t work the entire day and that was my only grievance.
