Città veramente particolare, bella e facilmente visitabile a piedi, ma tutta l'Alsazia merita una vacanza di qualche giorno!! Consiglio vivamente!!

A Wine Tasting Adventure

Well, I have to say … Hugo, our guide was fantastic. His exuberance, enthusiasm and knowledge was astounding. For the entire day he expounded his seemingly inexhaustible amount of information about winemaking and Bordeaux history, keeping us amused along the way. We visited three wineries, the first of which included a tour of the whole wine making process. All wineries gave us a wine tasting, nicely presented by each winery’s representative. We also visited Saint Emilion, a lovely village where we had the time to do a little exploration and have a nice lunch. All on our tour were very happy. Thank you Hugo for a great tour. Regards, Ian

Onze tour was super mooi. Twee dagen van tevoren kregen we het bericht dat ze al waren begonnen met het oogsten van de Lavendel. We besloten om toch te gaan. We werden over alles op de hoogte gehouden en er werd duidelijk gecommuniceerd waar en op welk tijdstip we werden verwacht. Onze gids was een parel! Heeft ons onderweg veel uitgelegd over de omgeving. Bijna alle lavendel was al geoogst op een enkele na en deze heeft zij ons laten zien! Een mooie ervaring! heel er bedankt!

We went to 2 vineyards...

We went to 2 vineyards and get to taste a few type of wine in a group of 8 people. Our tourguide Lawrence (I hope I wrote her name right) is very passionate and friendly and always try her best to explained us many questions. It is such great experience especially with her guidance. The vineyards owners are also very lovely. I’m traveling solo and it’s nice to meet and talk other people from other countries

Highly Recommended Experience

It was wonderful to explore part of the wine trail on the half day excursion! We sampled many wines at each of two locations and learned so much about the different varietals from the region. My level of confidence ordering local wines in restaurants improved. Highly recommended!

Excellent day spent in the Alsace countryside

This was a very good tour. Our guide is a PHD student in archaeology and was very knowledgeable about the area. She was very personable, the pace was good and she made it a very enjoyable day. Highly recommend

Great half day trip. Ours turned out to be private as we were the only 3 people doing a half day trip. Our guide Ann was very good. We realized we needed more time in Bordeaux 😎

Short but informative and sweet

A great short tour of the area to discover some of the harder to reach (if no car) villages. It is good to be aware that this tour is not going to give you the time for a sit down meal in the villages (but you can get take-away/to-go options) but the free time does give you time to to a wine-tasting or enjoy some gelato and shopping, if desired. It was the perfect length of time for what we needed.

Wonderful tour

Fabulous tour of the Alsace region! Everything was great, I appreciate the van cleanliness. The windows were so clean that I was able to get nice photos and videos of the scenic route. The tour guide provided a lot of great historical information! All the towns we stopped at were beautiful and we learned a lot. I’m glad we saw them during this day tour because I don’t think I personally needed more time than what we spent there. I do recommend this tour!

Spectacular Day Trip!

Thierry our driver was incredible! He went out of his way to exceed our expectations. The two wine stops we had were great! We learned a lot from Thierry and have recommended him and this tour to friends who will be here in 2026.

Great tour visiting some wonderful fairytale like places. It seemed a bit rushed and would like to have had a little more time to shop or see the village, but our guide was full of knowledge about the places we visited. Overall, I would recommend it to others.
