This was a special, solemn experience. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable, friendly, and kind. I was traveling with my teenage daughter and this was the perfect amount of time for both of us. We saw the German strongholds, experienced the beautiful American Cemetery and saw Omaha Beach. Very special.

Jardines de Marqueyssac.

A ver, si el lugar se publicita como "jardines" en mi opinión es una publicidad que da lugar a confusión por decirlo amigablemente. Lo que vais a ver de jardín es única y exclusivamente la foto de su publicidad, no esperéis nada más. El resto es un paseo agradable entre muchísimos bojes, robles, hayas, encinas, abedules y en menor lugar pinos que conduce hasta un mirador donde se observa el río La dordogne y su valle (para los días de mucho calor es un auténtico refugio climático). Al final de la visita nos encontramos con una estupenda terraza con unas buenas vistas donde tomar algo.

Tourguide Anne war sehr flexibel. Trotz tiefem Wasserstand fuhr sie für einen Fotostop zum Schloss Castelnaud. Zusätzlich war die Tour ad hoc zweisprachig (F/E). Humorvoll und informativ. Außergewöhnlich liess sie uns beim Jardins Massereyac die Tour beenden für 4 Personen.

Poor experience Limited knowledge No historical knowledge of the area. No proactivity Didn’t even join us for the guide. Sent us off with the map. On arrival at boat. Guide had fight with boat owner and then left us to fix the problem. There was no space left for us. Swearing in French. The boat trip was very poor. Oriented towards French speaking audience. Translation device very poor.

The wineries we visited were very proud of the wines they were producing and it was a great joy to hear them explain their products. Our guide was Valentine (I hope I spelled the name right) and he was very knowledgeable about the region and the wines and winemaking. I've been to wine tours in other countries, but this felt much more cozy and down to earth. I would definitely do this tour again!

Fantastic full day out. We only really had one full day in Alsace and I was worried that only doing a wine tasting day would mean we didn't see anything else. I was very wrong, this tour was a perfect mix of wine tasting and seeing villages/views Our tour guide, Alain was absolutely fantastic. He certainly made the day extra special

I think our guide Matt was literally the best. He had the most engaging tour I’ve ever been to. At some point, I had a feeling it was 81 years ago and we were fighting right there and then. Great tour, would totally recommend it.
