A perfect taste of Alsace!
I took the Alsace Colmar, Medieval Villages & Castle Small Group Day Trip from Strasbourg in October led by Jerome. There were eight of us from the US, New Zealand, and Hong Kong. I couldn't recommend it enough! It's the perfect kind of a tour to really get a sense of a region. Jerome was highly knowledgeable and kept us interested talking about the rich history of the region as he drove us to different towns and then toured around them. In a couple places we even had some free time to explore on our own. The group was friendly and interactive with each other as we walked around... it's so nice to get to chat with other travelers as you explore new places. I was on my own and felt completely comfortable with the group. Lots of walking, and climbing stairs at the castle, but totally doable. A complete highlight of my three days in Strasbourg.

Great tour!
I had a wonderful time on this small-group tour! As a solo traveler, it was great to still be able to partake in a tour like this since many tours require a two-person minimum to book. Alain was a great tour guide; he was warm, welcoming, and informative! The duration of the tour itself was perfect and perfectly-paced; I did not feel rushed nor like we spent too much time in one place. I also liked that we got free time in each village to wander around. Doing the 9am tour was great because I still had the whole afternoon and evening to enjoy back in Colmar. I highly recommend this tour and thank you for a great tour, Alain!

Hugo was our guide on a small group tour of 8. He has a super personality, is very easy company and very well informed on all things Wine & Bordeaux. We all thoroughly enjoyed the day and would definately do it again. He gave us super recommendations for lunch in St Emilion, and clearly knows his way around the region. Many thanks Hugo.

Great tour!
Our tour guide was Jerome V. He was absolutely fantastic- pleasant, extremely knowledgeable, friendly, excellent driver, offered a wealth of information on the tour of each town and answered all questions patiently. Even while driving us he pointed out places of interest along the route. The 3 towns we visited were so very interesting and beautiful.

Great day in Bayeux, great day in Normandy
we took the train from Paris and stayed in Bayeux at the René Matilde hotel. The tour itself was excellent, our guide Pasqual was outstanding and entertaining. His knowledge of the D day events was second to none. if you’re staying in Paris, I would recommend taking the train and spending the night in Bayeux . Bayeux is a beautiful little French town with nice restaurants and interesting shops and bakeries. One word of caution, however, virtually everything is closed on Mondays in Bayeux. taking a late morning train from Paris. Also gave us an opportunity to visit the War memorial museum that afternoon. The tour itself was great. However, my only suggestion would be to limit the time at Omaha Beach and spend more time at Point du Hoc. spent about 40 minutes standing on the beach at Omaha Beach listening to the events of that day but I think it could’ve probably been consent 20 minutes. That way we could’ve spent an additional 20 minutes at point to Hawk, which is much more interesting. nevertheless, we thoroughly enjoyed the tour and definitely recommend it

Jättebra tur med trevlig guide, bra mix av guidat och egen tid. Bra tips på lunch och bra chaufför. Två mycket olika slott och en jättebra tur om man vill ha lite av varje.

Beautiful Alsatian villages
Our guide was Roman. He’s very friendly but you’re not going to get many details from him. The overall tours with the towns, you’re on your own. We didn’t really learn much about them. In Colmar, the tour described a guided tour, but we were just dropped off. When we arrived at the castle, Roman did arrange a nice detailed tour with a guide there named Fiona. He was a safe driver and with this tour we appreciated not having to drive there, especially to the castle where parking was non existent.

Normandy half day tour well worth the time and $'s
Matt was our guide and was extremely knowledgeable and fun. He was on time - both pick up and getting us b ack to Bayeux. He is passionate about about honoring the servicement who gave their lives in helping end WWII. We would highly recommend this tour and Matt as the guide.

Fantastic experience! Trust me, do it despite the pain!! Ignore the nasty guards taunting you from the ramparts!! Luana was such a wonderful guide! I would award her 15 stars if I could.

Valentin is an amazing tour guide. Never known someone more knowledgeable about a topic. He appeared really passionate about the D Day Landings and anything Normandy related. Excellent English! I would highly recommend this tour to give you a great overview of the US sector of the D Day landings

Bordeaux Guide, Lea is a gem!
With limited time to explore Bordeaux wine country, this tour was perfectly suited for me. Lea is English speaking and very knowledgeable about wines in the region! Entertaining and engaging visits with several Chateaus made this trip very memorable. Thank you Lea for a wonderful experience. I will definitely refer you to anyone wanting a similar experience.
