This was exactly what we were looking for in a day trip from Colmar. Our guide, Thierry was knowledgeable, kind and had a great sense of humor. I hesitate to do long experiences for fear of “being stuck” but this was fabulous!

Our driver, Victor, was a great! Really fantastic local guide who we enjoyed talking with to and from Mont St Michel. He gave us key info that helped with our visit and a little bit of history. I would highly recommend booking this or a drive with a guide because the parking and crowds at Mont St Michel are no joke. Why stress yourself with driving and parking and figuring stuff out, when someone can make sure you get there and set off on the right foot!

Pascal was hugely knowledgeable, not just about the D-Day landing sites but history, politics and nature! He included little stories, maps and visuals to support what he was telling us. It was a great day and really bought this historical event to life.

Fun experience to well known Loire Valley Chateau
Good day-trip to 2 well known chateaus in Loire Valley. The activities were quite packed. The tour guide had done a great job explaining and quite entertaining. It would be even better if the tours were lengthened.

Na chegada aos castelos o guia apresentou um pouco da história e depois ficamos com um tempo livre para conhecer outras partes dos castelos. O almoço foi tranquilo com a escolha livre de cada um.

Uninteresting
This wine tour was unorganized, uninteresting and sent most of the time in the car not in the wineries drinking good wine. Our host was friendly and informative but both wineries were just going through the motions to present their wines. We were not offered water or the opportunity to use the toilet.

Tour With Overlord - Highly Recommended!
This was our 2nd Tour with Overlord to the D Day beaches. Last year we did the British and Canadian sector beaches as we are Canadians but after experiencing them we decided we needed to come back for the Omaha/Utah American Tour. We were extremely pleased to find when we arrived for the tour that we would have the same guide that we had last year. Thierry's knowledge and presentation of the history and events of D Day are amazing as well as the thought provoking side stories of the brave people, residents and soldiers involved. We highly recommend these tours with Overlord.
