Total fiasco, they overbook their schedule for the 10:20 movie set tour, 20 seats for 22 people, they took our party of 4 off the first bus to give to another group and try to squeeze us into the crevices in the 2nd bus, still not enough, my hubby was still left standing and daughter young teen was suppose to sit on our laps. We booked for 4 ticket, 2 months in advance directly from their site. The manager came by, no solution, completely unapologetic. The other patrons were pissed, and started making insulting comments to us, we were pissed also, it was completely not our fault. We ask to get on the next ride as a solution, but that bus was packed too. What a total waste of $600, my one day of precious vacation time. It was such an awful experience we took an Uber ride home,and abandoned the shuttle that we already paid for. I could have spent a free day on Waikiki than have to experience negative emotions, my family had dark cloud hanging over us the rest of the day due to these scammer. Spend your money elsewhere.

TL;DR: First time coming, def recommend the UTV & Ocean cruise activity. We did multiple activities here: the UTV & Catamaran ocean cruise. Both were great! Booked on different days and both days were raining, we called ahead of time the first visit because I was not sure if the activity was going to go on, they confirmed the activity happens rain or shine. The UTV tour does not do the Hollywood stops so keep that in mind when booking your activities. They have a cafe inside that has grab and go snacks and full meals. We got the classic burger (L) and the Jurassic hot dog (R). They were both amazing!! Fries and all too. They use the locally grown food from the ranch for their menu. They have a solid gift shop and an indoor farmers market with locally grown food, we loved the fresh juices. If you buy produce you have to eat it on the island bc you can’t take it to the mainland. The place is crowded at peak hours (rightfully so), we booked both our activities between 8-10am and didn’t get as much of the crowds

We had an amazing experience at Kualoa Ranch! We did the 2-hour UTV Ride Along Tour, and it was absolutely worth it. Our guide, Kay, was fantastic—she did an excellent job explaining the sites along the way and shared interesting Hawaiian stories that helped us learn more about the local culture and history. The ranch itself has breathtaking views, and it’s incredible to see locations where so many famous movies were filmed, including Jurassic World, Jumanji, Journey 2: The Mysterious Island, and Finding ʻOhana. One important tip: book early. The UTV driving tours get sold out quickly—we couldn’t get a slot to drive ourselves and had to do the ride-along instead. Still, it was an unforgettable experience and highly recommended!

We did the 2 hour UTV tour and it was amazing! We covered a lot of ground and fully satisfied our expectations. The tour guides were really into it, they made it a very enjoyable experience. I am so happy that they gave us a very memorable experience. We captured a lot of beautiful scenes on our camera so we can relive the experience with our friends and family.

What an incredible ATV experience. The guides are passionate about their work and the working ranch. They shared several amazing stories about Hawaii and it's history with deep emotion. It was a privilege to meet these people. The views were spectacular, the ATV's durable with deep padded seats. I recommend this tour for teens and above mainly. Such an incredible time. Buy your tickets early, they will sell out.

So this is the infamous Kualoa ranch area, where Jurassic Park was partially filmed. It’s really quite striking the mountain range in the back of the ranch. There’s a lot to do here. There’s a gift shop, there are eateries as well as horse riding, tours, and even a farmers market. The grounds are well taken care of and photo ops are everywhere.

We did the movie sites tour and the locations were good but unless you are a serious movie buff I don't know if it is that great. May be ATV or horse ride are more fun but I thought were too expensive.

Je déconseille vivement au vu du prix exorbitant demandé pour regarder une prairie avec une vingtaine d'affiches de film dont vous ne verrez pas la moitié selon le côté du bus ou vous serez assis.
