We went on the Hollywood movie set tour and while I’m sure any tour of this incredible place would be wonderful, Sam made the day. His local knowledge leveraged against a deep background of the movies, background and history of the ranch was ideal. While his stories may be pure BS, we’re fairly certain his employment is a result of judge ordered community service from teenage adventures on the ranch. Hollywood should pay him for his passionate advocacy to watch many of the films and shows shot on the ranch.

This ranch is a must visit if you are in the area or visiting Hawaii. It is family owned and has been in the family for about seven generations which makes the experience feel authentic and unique. There are plenty of activities to choose from. We did the side by side ATV tour and also spent time at Secret Island. At Secret Island there are included activities such as paddle boarding and canoeing, and there is also a boat that takes you out to try and spot sea life. Overall it was a amazing experience and I would highly recommend it as a must visit in the area

The ATV Raptor Tour was awesome! We stopped at a couple of movie sites but the majority of it was a nature tour. Our guides Ki and Austin were amazing! Austin told us a lot about the history of the island and the local wildlife. Would absolutely do this trip again.

Amazing and beautiful. We did the secret beach and were not disappointed. The staff was great, the place was clean. They have snacks to purchase, changing rooms, outdoor shower, and portable restrooms.

Kualoa Ranch experience was 10/10! My family and I took the UTV tour and it was incredibly fun and very educational. We got a unique perspective in seeing the fantastic and breathtaking nature protected by the ranch as well as hearing the history of the land and popular film history of movies filmed in various locations around the nature preserve. Tour was fantastic and incredibly fun and tour guides were very friendly and awesome to listen to. Would recommend to anyone and would go back if I can!!

A magical experience. Being here brought me back to my childhood and felt amidst the center of a movie set. The property itself is whimsical and I'm an awe of its scale. It's very well preserved, with not only a commercial focus, but a sustainability and respectful to nature lens as eell. The staff was incredible. It's evident a lot of thought, guidance, and training has been put here. The journey, the puns, the smiles! I recommend one of the package options, incl. return shuttle to make the most of your day. The city bus also takes you there hassle-free, but takes longer. The 2 package options also include a true all-you-can-eat buffet. Not that many options, but boy eveything was absolutely delicious. Make sure you dip into the delicious BBQ ribs and the snickerdooodle cookies! There's also unlimited refill coffee at the café for just $4. Both packages can get you in an out by 3:45-4:40pm w/ the shuttle, so you'd still have ample time to get back in Waimiki for sunset. Now, the tour choice depends on how you want to spend the day. The movie sites tour was very comprehensive and covered a good chunk of the estate. If you feel adventurous and don't mind getting muddy, folks on the e-bikes and ATVs looked like they were having a great time. If you're into water activities, I highly suggest the ocean voyage, as it's the only one giving you breathtaking views of the estate from the water. You can access the Secret Island beach for pictures through this tour. All-in-all, I'd definitely dedicate a day of a Honolulu trip to do this for sure!
