Very disappointed in the customer service here. I booked the Jungle tour at 1pm. Left the hotel much earlier than arrival time knowing traffic could be an issue. But all traffic lights on the way were turned off and it took forever to get there. I reached at 1:03. Now mind you the check in counter is all the way in. We sprinted in only to be told the tour left. And there is nothing that can be done. There were seats available on the next tour that left in 15 mins, but they would not accommodate. Would not consider the fact that someone traveled far to get to hawaii and then at-least an hour to get to the tour, let us see what we can do to help and have a good experience. But rather, just a cold front desk person saying, you could just buy another ticket. And turned out I wasn’t the only one treated this way, many people online mention the same.

Connor is the amazing tour guide we had for the movie tour. He was very welcoming and enthusiastic! Very personal approach to his tour guests. Like one having a birthday and one who requested to know information about LOST. Our tour was catered to our group and we greatly appreciate those simple details to make it special for us as guests. I do hope to see him on our next visit. Highly recommended tour guide!

I did the Jungle Expedition but I was waiting for more. It’s a ride off road into the jungle, not much about movies or scenarios.

Did the movie site and ranch tour in the morning, had lunch, then the Ocean voyage in the arvo, as a package, wonderful, all the guides were fantastic, well worth the money , highly recommend

We had a wonderful experience with Carlos. He managed to keep us engaged throughout the entire tour. It was really nice to taste several foods grown right there on the ranch.

We had an amazing movie site tour at Kualoa ranch today. Conor and Davis were the funniest, greatest most knowledgeable tour guides and made the tour remembered . Thank you!
