We booked a 3 hour ATV adventure on 2/21 from 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm. We also booked a horse ride on 2/23 from 8am to 10am. All tours are non-refundable and run rain or shine. We made our way out to the ranch dealing with heavy flood warnings. On 2/21. After finishing the tour, the road to the range was closed down and flooded. We were stranded at the ranch until 10pm unable to get any type of ride. (Uber, Avis, rent a car, hertz) We were staying at Waikīki. Which is a 45 minute drive in normal roads. My girlfriend and I on our anniversary had to hitchhike from town to town walking in pouring rain on flooded streets and bridges until we eventually made it back at 7am. Thanks to the kindness of strangers, 14 hours, and 280$ in tips to drivers we made it back to the hotel. Flood warnings and rain continued at the ranch and it was declared flood warning until 6pm on 2/23. We reached out to the ranch explaining our horrible situation and begged for kindness on our Monday reservation. They told us that we should have prepared better and we will be charged full price for not attending. Horrible situation for our short time in Hawaii at an amazing place. Sad to write this review but I want others to be prepared in case of potential rain/flooding.

My family planned for the 2hr UTV tour. Such a great experience being surrounded by lush green nature. Our tour guides were so friendly and funny and made the experience extra enjoyable! Shout out to Lion and Sheldon! Would definitely recommend!

So. Much. Fun!!! My husband and I did the UTV ride and we loved it. If you have a chance to tour with both Eden and Sarah, you’re in luck - they were so lovely!!! Would love to come back with our family and friends.

The UTV Raptor tour was awesome and my favorite activity of our whole trip. We had a very unique tour guide named Sydney who was a whole vibe. Her infectious energy and attitude made the tour all the better. You are able to drive the UTV's around the reserve and view a number of filming locations for Jurassic World and other movies. They provide you with instructions and helmets to use. Insider tip, take the scarves as they protect you against dust. This was the highlight of my trip.

Even though we went on an extremely rainy day and some of the sights were hidden by the weather, we truly didn’t feel like we missed out on a thing and that’s entirely because of Ian. His knowledge, storytelling, and enthusiasm completely transformed the experience. He brought the history to life, shared incredible stories, and went above and beyond by taking photos for everyone. Ian turned what could have been a rough, rainy day into an unforgettable adventure. We’re so grateful we had him as our guide!

Went here with my family and had a great experience! The tour guide was nice, funny and seemed to have lots of knowledge of the history of the ranch. I would absolutely come back for another tour next time we visit!

We did the Ocean Voyage Tour with Keikei. She was fun, knowledgeable, and quite entertaining. Our tour was comfortable ; we learned a few things, and it was way more than what we expected, really. The whole tour was a nice surprise . I can't remember what sea animals we saw, but there was a number of them. It seems like the safety of the tourists was pretty important to this company, which is highly appreciated . Their tour buses , boats, catamarans, and other equipment are well-kept. This is our second time returning to the ranch. Highly recommended.

We had a great time on our ATV tour! However, it is pretty long and is super bumpy at times. For older individuals or those with back problems, I would recommend the trolley instead. You get to spend a lot of time in the beautiful mountains and they stop various times at certain lookouts for pictures. Highly recommend the tour!

정말 기억에 오래 남을 멋진 경험이었습니다! 3시간짜리 UTV여서 지루할 수도 있겠다 싶어 걱정도 했거든요... 모두에게 꼭!!!! 3시간UTV를 추천하고 싶어요!!! 2시간은 정말 아쉬울 것 같아요. 저희는 가이드 동승 투어를 했는데 그게 직접 운전하는 것보다 훨씬 좋았어요. 가이드님과 소소한 대화를 하는 즐거움이 있었거든요 😄👍🏻 그리고 우리의 가이드였던 Chauncey(?...미안해요 이름이 한국인에게는 너무 어려운 이름이어서 기억하기가 힘들어요😭)는 정말 멋진 분이었어요!! 그 분을 정말 추천하고 싶어요!!! 일단, 목소리가 정말 SWEET하고 멋진 분이랍니다😄 조심성 있고 배려있는 운전도 정말 좋았어요!! 우리에게 하와이 사람들의 좋은 정서와 문화들을 잘 알려주고 보여주었어요😄👍🏻 Chauncey가 우리 가이드를 해 줬던 것이 가장 감사한 일이었어요~! 영어를 못하는 외국인에게도 차분하고 친철하게 잘 설명해주셔서 감사합니다💐 덕분에 더 즐겁고 기억에 오래오래 남을 좋은 추억을 민들 수 있었어요🥰 하와이에 오셨다면 UTV투어는 꼭~~~ 해보세요~! 스릴을 좋아하는 분이라면 짚라인 투어도 좋을 것 같았어요 😆😆😆 참! 쿠알로아에 있는 모든 직원들이 아주 유쾌하고 친절하게 대해주시는 모습이 인상깊었습니다😍👍🏻

Definitely worth it. We did the UTV Raptor ride. Such a grand an amazing view of the mountains. Our tour guides were very knowledgeable and very fun. They really kept us interested and they didn't mind taking pictures for us. There is a small Deli in the gift shop if you get hungry or want snacks there is so much to offer and so much to do I wish we had more time.
