I recommend coming here if you are visiting Hawaii. It is so beautiful and so green. The tour guides are friendly and nice and it is truly a beautiful experience seeing this place and learning the history behind it.

This was one of the most frustrating experiences of our trip. We called ahead to say we were running just two minutes late, hoping for a little grace, especially traveling with kids. Instead, we were told we’d miss the tour. We arrived at 3:22 PM and could literally see the bus still there. We ran up, asked to check in, and were turned away. I even spoke directly to the driver, who said there was no room—even though we had already paid for four seats. Apparently, because we were marked late, they gave our spots away and filled the bus. No one tried to help, no alternatives were offered, and we were told to go deal with a third party—even though their own website routes you there. It felt dismissive, unfair, and honestly just bad customer service. A little flexibility or effort to help would have made all the difference.

We had originally booked the ATV tour but due to weather conditions I was only able to book the Jurassic Adventure tour and we were all impressed. Tour guide Chris was great and the scenery was memorable We will definitely come back

We did the UTV Raptor Guided Tour with Missy. We had lots of fun and the scenery was absolutely beautiful. Missy was so friendly and knowledgeable about the area and different film locations of where movies were made.

The Jurassic tour was a unique experience you wouldn't get anywhere else, I personally went during a rainy day and got very very wet, that's the only reason I'm giving a 4 and not a five. The drivers are very nice and funny cracking jokes whilst you go givimg you knowledge on the sites you see and informing you of some of the nearby lingo.

The atv tour was incredible. The views were beautiful and our tour guides missy and sydney were amazing and really made the tour!! There was a hiccup with our reservation and Megan took care of it! Huge thanks to everyone. We will be back!

We did the 2 hour UTV raptor tour. The views were stunning and it was nice to learn a little history about the land along with what movies had been filmed there. The ride itself was a little underwhelming. We had to stop a few times as drivers in our group had to be reminded to keep up with the group, this kind of killed the vibe, but the guides were just doing their job and keeping us safe. Overall glad we did it and our guides were excellent, but we won’t be needing to do it again.
