Had a rough first experience with Kualoa Ranch, and luckily spoke with Abby with ticket sales and she helped save it. We're hopeful to have a great second swing, and make this a Hawaii trip to remember!

So amazing...even in the rain. We waited a week for the rains to subside, thought they were gone so we went. we got up and left at 630 from Waikiki to arrive for the first tour at 830 as you have to be there 45 min early. we got a descent breakfast and did some shopping and went on our tour Zach our tour guide was pretty amazing and very knowledgeable. we tried to book some of the longer tours but most everything was booked out so we did the adventure tour. due to the rain and road flood out conditions we did some detours to movie sets. the views were amazing even though it was overcast and spitting rain. sitting in the front of the truck was great till the rain started and we all got soaked...even still it was so.ething that makes life long memories and we were thankful we went. The price was pretty high and so was the merch in the gift shop...I guess that's the price you pay for a memory like that. we skipped the luau the evening before for the same price and I'm glad we did it was money better spent. had I known TripAdvisor would charge so much for booking fees I would have booked direct with Kualoa Ranch website, I recommend you do the same. Book far in advance if you can. Well worth the trip and memory if you're coming to Oahu it's top of the bucket list for sure.

The UTV Tour was definitely worth it! If visiting the north shore i highly recommend, you visit the sights where many movies were filmed; some of those being Jurassic Park, Jumanji & 50 first dates!

Amazing, we loved the history and beauty. Carlos, our tour guide, was THE BEST and we would go on the tour again and again. When you go, ask for Carlos to be your guide!

This is a must do if you’re in Oahu! Incredible landscape, it truly is paradise. We did the UTV which were expensive but there are other tour options. We got to ride along with Ava and she did a fantastic job not only as a tour guide but doubled as a photographer as well

My wife and I did the ATV experience, spending 2 hours driving through the ranch. We saw so many beautiful things, both in the ranch preserve and overlooking the ocean. We saw where many TV shows and movies had shot scenes there, and while not overwhelming, cool to see. Our tour guides were so fun and nice, they really helped us have fun. They went above and beyond by taking photos of us with our phones, helping us capture the experience. NICE WORK! The Kualoa Ranch offers many ways, and many budgets to enjoy their property. Beautiful sights and highly recommended!

AMAZING! My wife and I did the UTV tour and we can't stop talking about it. Our guides were perfect! The views, history and pure enjoyment we had on this tour was the best part of our trip. We will be visiting again for sure!

During our Jungle Expedition Tour at Kualoa Ranch, we had a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience due to the behavior of our driver/guide, Penny. During boarding, my girlfriend and I were unable to sit together because the vehicle was full. I politely tried to see if it might be possible to switch seats, but before I even asked anyone, Penny loudly and abruptly interrupted me, stating that I could not “separate a family.” The tone was unnecessarily aggressive and felt more like being scolded than being spoken to respectfully. Later at the first scenic stop, another guide was giving an explanation further up the hill. My girlfriend and I stood toward the back (approximately 10–15 meters away from the group). Since she does not fully understand English, I was quietly translating for her while we were also taking a few photos. Despite the distance, Penny suddenly shouted at us, called us “rude,” and told us to be quiet without any prior warning. This felt completely unnecessary and disproportionate. Shortly after, I noticed Penny pointing at us and speaking negatively about us to another staff member, again referring to us as “rude.” Although I could not hear every word, it was clear from her tone and body language that she was expressing frustration toward us, which felt inappropriate and unprofessional. When I tried to calmly clarify the situation, she insisted we were being disruptive and claimed that another family had complained about us being too loud, which did not seem accurate given our distance from the group. She then told us that if we were unhappy, we could leave and be picked up instead of continuing the tour. This response felt hostile and unreasonable toward paying guests. At one point, I asked whether this treatment might be related to discrimination. Instead of addressing the concern, she responded by saying her husband is Black, which I found irrelevant and dismissive. Additionally, whenever I tried to explain that we were not disturbing anyone, she repeatedly responded with “This is Hawaii,” without offering any meaningful explanation or resolution. She then refused to continue communicating and called staff to remove us from the tour. Although she briefly asked if we wanted to continue and I clearly said yes, she ignored my response and proceeded with her decision. During this time, the entire group was delayed. I even offered to step off the vehicle myself and wait for staff separately so the rest of the group would not be affected, but this was ignored. When staff arrived, I sincerely apologized to the other guests for the delay. Every person on the tour—including guests from different backgrounds—responded with understanding and kindness, and one guest even showed support, which meant a lot. Fortunately, we were later reassigned to another guide who was extremely kind, professional, and helpful, which helped improve the remainder of the experience. While I understand that some guests may have had positive experiences with Penny, our experience was completely different and unacceptable. Overall, this situation felt unnecessarily hostile, poorly handled, and far below the level of professionalism expected in a hospitality setting. I hope management takes this matter seriously and ensures better training and accountability moving forward.

5 stars doesn’t do this place justice. We did the 3 hour deluxe UTV tour and it was spectacular. My 11 has Autism and has been OBSESSED with all the filming locations that he was going to get to see. Well, I don’t know if there’s a record for how many questions a passenger has asked in a 3 hour tour but he was going for the record today. The reason today was so special was our Tour Guide (and I am desperately hoping that I’m getting her name right) Leilani. She did her absolute best to answer every single one of his questions. You could absolutely tell that she truly cared about teaching all of us all the spectacular things we were witnessing on this magical property. This wasn’t a script, this was someone who had taken the time and effort to learn the complete history of not just the ranch but the Hawaiian people, their culture and their history. Extremely grateful to have learned from her today. The 3 hour UTV tour was amazing. There’s been torrential rains all week yet the roads and trails were smoother than the freeway leading to the Ranch. The food is not only amazing, but well priced and every member of the staff was truly friendly and welcoming. The gift shop has a huge selection for all price points and a huge variety of products. Seriously, if you’re next vacation brings you anywhere near this place book it as soon as you book your flight, you won’t be disappointed .

We had an absolutely fantastic time during our 2-hour UTV Raptor tour at Kualoa Ranch! The whole experience was made even better thanks to our incredible guides: Michael and his lady colleague (I’m so sorry I can't remember her name, but she was equally amazing!). Both of them were incredibly friendly, funny, and knowledgeable. They really knew how to create a fun and welcoming atmosphere, filled with great jokes and interesting stories. They did a fantastic job of sharing information about the area and its history, all while keeping the mood light and engaging. We felt like we were on a true adventure! The UTV ride itself was exhilarating, and the views were just stunning. Highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting the island—you won't regret it!

The ranch is absolutely beautiful! The UTV Adventure was a lot of fun. Johnny and Harley were amazing guides with tons of local knowledge and great positive energy! All we did was the UTV adventure, but there are lots of other things to do there. 100% would do it again!!

We had an amazing time on the UTV tour at Kualoa Ranch. The ticket check-in process was very smooth, and everything felt well organized from the start. Tyler and Nui were fantastic — professional, friendly, and very kind. They taught us so much about the ranch’s history, the movies filmed there, and the beautiful nature, including some of the unique trees and fruits like the walking tree. They also answered our questions patiently and gave us great recommendations for other places to visit. The food at the café was amazing as well. It was such a fun, memorable experience, and we highly recommend it.
