I loved the ocean adventure tour, but was super put off by how I reached out to the booking office and they would not help me figure out how to book using the go city pass for our 2nd tour. I was looking all over the go city website and app to find the booking code because the go city numbers weren't adding the discount, and I had a bunch of stuff in my cart. The rude reservations staff just told me to check the go city website again and continue my scavenger hunt, instead of sharing the simple knowledge that there is a go city related code for me to enter. We actually were booking several kualoa attractions, and the difficulty of the booking changed my mind about spending our entire day there tomorrow. I think the tours can be nice in our experience (ocean adventure), but if staff can't bother to take 30 seconds to paste the instructions I need and haven't yet found after I spent the time to scour the website and email and reach out, I don't see why I should plan to spend so much extra here. So I cleared that extra adventure out of my cart. Certainly plenty of people use go city and combine in other tours like me. There is no way reservations staff don't know how to just copy and paste the booking instructions that were hard to find with go city. Go city is a huge company and it often takes over 24 hours to reach out to their support and get an answer. If it is so easy to find, clearly not a secret, just give me the info I need so I can stop stressing and scouring sites on my phone and just finish booking while I am on my vacation with my family.

Our UTV Raptor Ride Along tour with Tyler was fantastic! It was great being able to listen to our guide throughout our tour. He gave us so much info about the history of the ranch, movies/tv shows filmed here and gave us lots of local recommendations for Oahu. Great tour. Big thanks to Tyler!

We did the Jungle Expedition Tour with Jaelyn and had a great time. The short hike up to see Jurassic Valley was intense for my out-of-shape legs but it isn't very long. Totally worth it for the views at the top. I counted 75 steps, and some of them are TALL. The horseback riding looked pretty epic, too.

Hi! We had a ride-along UTV tour with Ki on Monday, just have to say that Ki and Johnny were exceptional tour guides!!! We had a great time and this was by far my favorite "tour" on the island!!! Thanks again guys!!!!! Dan, Diane, Tim and Freda!!!!😁

Beautiful place! We went in Jurassic tour with Koa as the guide awesome 2.5 hours. Very bumpy though. Then went on movie tour for 1.5 hours. Very similar and not as good as the first one.

Our guide was Malohi and he was amazing! He was really knowledgeable, kind and funny. We absolutely loved the whole experience! The views were stunning and we had a blast driving the UTVs around. We got there early in the morning, right after rain which made it nice because we didn’t have any dust and it was cool to drive through some small puddles. This is one of the top highlights out of everything we did on our trip to Hawaii and highly recommend you check it out!
