It may not be your priority to ride a horse on a pacific island. But trust me it definitely worth to try. And I did in Kualoa Ranch. This horse tour was easy and slow, and friendly to beginners. But it was still some exercise. The tour guide taught us how to control and interact with the horses. I saw not only the landscapes appeared in many movies/episodes, but also an on-horse ocean view, which was so unique. The guide also took nice pictures of me. I am not an iphone user, so I could not use AirDrop. The guide kindly sent me those pictures through email. I cannot express how I am satisfied with their service. PS: Don't forget to be there on time, which is 45 min before the tour, for checking in, because parking spaces are limited and check-in lines can sometimes be long. And note that there is always traffic if you are driving from Waikiki. If you are going to a horse tour, wear closed-toe shoes and long pants. You don't want to wear a hat because helmets are provided.

We did the Jungle Expedition tour with Jeff and it was totally amazing thanks to him. You can tell he was enjoying his job and left us with unforgettable memories

This review is solely for the UTV tour we had on February 14th,2025. We have done same UTV tour in December 2023 and had good experience. However this time everything was downhill, our tour guide was not well trained in making sure everyone is safe. We were group of 4 UTVs, tour guide was driving the one at front and we were the last one. During the tour, she made us put breaks at the end of a steep incline. After our utv came to an end, she left with other 3 UTVs and we were left alone. Because we were at the steep end, UTV engine gave up and utv went down in a ditch. She did not even make sure we were with our group and left us alone for 15-20 minutes in a ditch. We could have died if trees would not have given resistance to our utv. Finally, other group arrived after 15-20 minutes, their tour guide contacted the office for our help. Our tour guide had no idea where we were!!! It was end of the day and we could have been left alone all night! I know we sign a waiver, but its tour guide's responsibility to make sure everyone is safe. We were with our 2 kids, who are traumatized by this event. Also last time, tour guide would make sure that kid's doors are properly locked. This time there was no cross checking. Ofcourse we will not be doing it again.
