Kualoa Ranch truly was a journey through sacred beauty. While it was fun to see & recognize locations where famous movies were filmed, what truly captivated me was the natural beauty surrounding us at every turn. The majestic mountains rising endlessly into the fog, the lush jungle terrain with its vibrant greens, and glimpses of the sparkling ocean created a heaven-like experience that left me in awe. Our wonderful guide, Bobby shared fascinating cultural insights that gave even more profound meaning: When I asked if these steep mountains were claimable, I was moved to learn that the mountain peaks served as sacred burial sites for chiefs and those of the highest status upon Hawaii’s early traditions. It was also considered a tremendous honor for the person who delivered the bones of the dead to these heights, that would lead to their death as they would jump from the mountaintop, sacrificing themselves, as the ultimate honor, once their duty was relieved then elevating their family’s standing in the social system. These mountain summits have remained strictly off-limits since World War II, preserving their sacred significance to the local people. The deep reverence of Spirit the Hawaiian people hold for this land was palpable throughout the tour. Understanding the cultural importance of these mountains gave me a whole new appreciation for the landscape beyond its physical beauty. (It was also a blast driving an ATV for the first time! Thankfully, we all made it back alive;)

ワイキキから車で行きました。道中の景色も素晴らしいです。車の運転に慣れている方は是非レンタカー等で行ってみてください。 駐車場は広く停めやすいです。 有名な映画のロケ地でぜひツアーに参加して体験して頂きたいです。広大な自然と景色に圧倒されます。バスツアーは全て英語ですのでご注意ください。ツアーガイドさんはとても優しいです。たまに日本人のカメラマンがいらっしゃいます。 観光都市部からは離れますが是非訪れてほしい場所の１つです。

3rd time coming back to Kualoa Ranch, and this time was not a fun experience. The UTV tour was extremely dusty and uncomfortable, and we had to follow the staff the entire time with no freedom to explore. It felt restrictive and not worth the price. Definitely not what I expected

Michael and Leo in the UTV part! I want the Kualoa Ranch management to be aware of their efforts. And because of them, we had a happy trip! I was so embarrassed and upset when I lost my cell phone. Leo encouraged me to find it. Michael went back to check himself after the tour and found my phone!!!! Michael is my hero!! Michael and Leo, they were fun, kind and wonderful, especially for everyone on the team. Thanks to you, we finished our trip safely. I was able to enjoy the beautiful scenery of Kualoa Ranch. Thank you!

Had an amazing time with our guides Kian and Levi. We did the UTV raptor tour I highly recommend doing the ride-along. I think I would have been nervous driving myself and we got so much interesting commentary about the ranch and history of Hawaii.

Zip lining is a blast! UTV tour is slow and dusty. If you are an experienced rider this is not for you. Food and gift shop is nice. Spectacular views and great photo opportunities.

Kualoa offers so many cool tours and it was difficult to pick one. We went with the horseback walking tour since it was a first for both myself and my boyfriend and we couldn't be happier! Our guide Lea was so knowledgeable and friendly, and we really enjoyed listening to the sounds of nature at the ranch. The horses are extremely well trained and need little to no guidance during the tour.
