My husband and I booked a “private ride along” UTV tour as a part of our honeymoon trip to the island. We had a fantastic time with our guide, Makoa! He is an island native, and we had the privilege of hearing many facts, stories, and tidbits of island history throughout the entire ride. At the beginning of the tour, he gave us the option to hear about the culture/history, or stick to hearing more about the movies filmed on the ranch. It was very accommodating of him to tailor the tour to what we wanted to hear! We would definitely recommend this tour. The views were absolutely breathtaking, and our guide made the experience even better. Originally, we had a hiccup with our planning and had to reschedule our tour last minute. However, the employees at the ranch were extremely understanding and helpful. If you’re considering booking a tour at the ranch, don’t hesitate - do it!

My family and I did the “Movie Sites” Tour; absolutely the best money we spent in Oahu. Our tour guide Andy was exceptionally knowledgeable and down-to-Earth and we couldn’t recommend him more. My wife had a wonderful recommendation: as not a movie buff, having a video with cuts of the movie scenes filmed would people visualize the locations better, maybe playing while waiting to board. Regardless we and our children loved it.

Check in was easy... Hey there 45 min before your tour. I found it best to purchase online and go straight to the ticket counter for your paper ticket. If you are Kama'aina, you get 15% back on online purchases at the ticket counter. If you purchase at the ranch, they charge a service fee. Gift shop had lots of chill items. After the tour, there is a market that sells their produce, plants and meats. We did the movie tour, found it educational and entertaining. I highly recommend this place while visiting. Food was reasonably priced in the cafe too.

Did the horseback tour. The horses were friendly & well trained, our guide was knowledgeable & professional. The views were incredible!!! I would do the horses over the ATV, it's much quieter & allows a closer connection to nature.

Had so much fun. The staff there was great very friendly and was great of giving info and history of area/Hawaii. We did zipline and UTV tour. It was great.

We were hoping for a bit more from our experience, as the tour videos on your website depicted guests visiting the bunkers, which we unfortunately did not do. Additionally, the videos showcased guests interacting with various Jurassic Park dinosaurs. Our tour guide mentioned that she “just works here" and did not make any extra stops. Given the price we paid, we expected a more exceptional experience. While the tour was not bad, we left feeling somewhat underwhelmed and disappointed. We felt scammed and it was a bit horrible.

Total worth the short drive. Travel after 9am and get back to Honolulu before 3 pm to avoid rush hour traffic.
