We did the best of Kuoloa package and it was an extremely good time with lots of information from the guides. Special shout out to dj rayray who had amazing energy throughout the tour and made everything just more special!

Amazing experience !! We did the UTV Raptor Tour with Chase (and his partner that I can not remember his name right now 😭) as our tour guide today and they were awesome !!! Truly knowledgeable about the place, were kind to take our photos, happy to answer questions, and very funny people! 10/10 would come here again. All of the staff in here were nice!

Book in advance! We missed the boat for some activities we really wanted to try here, but were able to do a novice e-bike tour and really enjoyed it. Three of the four of us are very familiar with e-bikes, but our 12 year old had never ridden one. They had everyone do a few safety runs to get the hang of things and from there it was smooth sailing. Our guide Hailey was great pointing out famous movie spots and giving us history of the ranch. She helped with pictures and offered suggestions for fun on the island. The ride was easy and if there were any hills she would give us a heads up to switch to more assistance from the e-bike. We would definitely come back here and consider the longer e-bike ride and the ATV tour.

Loved this place ! I did the UTV tour and my guides Chauncey and Mack made the experience fun and memorable. They would gladly take pics and share their knowledge of the island and its beautiful history. I highly recommended anyone visiting Hawaii to take any of the many tours this place has to offer. I also do recommend purchasing the tickets online simply to make the experience much easier and quicker.

We took the movie tour and it was a lot of fun. The trip into Jurrasic Valley revisited many cinematic moments from many different movies. Movies included but were not limited to Jurrasic Park, 50 First Dates, Jumanji, and many more. There was also a short walk through military sites where our knowledgeable tour guide provided historical context. The trip was a lot of fun and a welcome break from hiking in the hot temperatures!

Did the UTVs on a cloudy overcast day and was still cool to visit to see the farm and fod on the mountains. Gorgeous views. Arrived in the wait line after checking in and got 1st vehicle in line which had great viewsand hardly any dirt kicking back. The 2 workers made a lot of effort to cheer up our fussy 5 year old who ended up falling asleep on the bumpy last portion of the drive 😂 Would love to come back for a horse trail ride and their nature/homestead tour!

Terrible Customer Service – Shame on Kualoa Ranch My husband and I booked the Raptor Tour at Kualoa Ranch back in 2022, spending nearly $300 for an experience we were truly excited about. Unfortunately, we were unable to attend due to my husband falling ill with COVID. Given the serious circumstances and the fact that this happened during a global pandemic, we had hoped the ranch would show a little understanding or flexibility. Fast forward to now—after two years, we are finally returning to Oahu and I reached out in hopes of receiving at least a partial credit or some form of accommodation since we never got to enjoy what we paid for. I was placed on hold multiple times, asked to speak to a manager (who never came), and was met with an unapologetic and frankly rude response. I was told we should have returned within two years—no credit, no refund, no empathy. Just, “Oh well.” For a company that thrives on tourism and claims to be part of the “aloha spirit,” this was incredibly disappointing. Vacations are expensive, and for many people, coming to Hawaii is a once-in-a-lifetime trip. The lack of compassion and the tone of the staff made it worse. It wasn't just a firm "no"—it was dismissive and offensive. Shame on Kualoa Ranch for putting profit over people. I will not give them another dime of my money, and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else does either.

Staff were AMAZING!!! Sites and the views were beautiful and peaceful. Great place!! Highly recommend the raptor ride! Guides were awesome!!
