Kualoa Ranch is an absolute MUST SEE!!! This was truly an amazing place, we loved it so much we came back two days in a row. I can't say enough wonderful things about it, it's something you'll never forget!

Expérience incroyable avec le UTV raptor tour avec le guide ! Nous avons eu Raymond en guide, incroyable moment avec lui bourré d'histoire, de partage de connaissances et de sympathie ! Merci beaucoup à lui! En arrivant nous nous attendions a un lieu attrape-touriste mais quelle erreur ! C'est en effet un lieu touristique mais plein d'histoires et de respect pour les lieux sacrés. Le respect de la culture et de la terre y sont omni présents. Nous recommandons vivement le UTV raptor tour AVEC LE GUIDE et non pas en solo pour conduire la 'jeep', c'est beaucoup plus intéressant et un bon moment de partage a travers ces deux heures de balades et d'explications. Encore une fois, merci Raymond ! Mahalo ❤️

Just had an incredibly frustrating customer service experience, albeit partially of our own doing. We did not realise that we needed to get a physical ticket from the ticket office, despite booking online (this was noted in the confirmation email, so this part is our fault). We arrived at the line for the tour itself 45 minutes before the tour, where the attendant told us to come back 10 minutes before the tour. When we came back at this time, the attendant then asked us for a physical ticket, and he told us to go to the ticket office to get our physical ticket when we said we didn't have it. We then went to the office and waited in line 10 minutes, just to watch the tour bus drive off without us just as we finally reached the counter. Whilst I do believe we contributed to the situation, we're also incredibly frustrated by the lack of common sense with the organisation, in terms of not asking for our physical ticket when we arrived early, asking for the ticket and advising us to go to the office to get the ticket when we came back later, and then ultimately driving off without us while we were still in line, without checking on our situation at all or giving us warning that we were about to miss the tour, and that lining up at the ticket office was going to be a pointless exercise.

Great experience. They have many things to do, but we chose the UTV raptor tour. Tour guide was awesome and informative. A MUST do if you're going to Honolulu Hawaii.

Tell them your adult who couldn't make it is SICK or else they will steal your money. I asked for a refund because my husband couldn't make it at the last minute with the rest of us due to the military. When we checked in the lady helping us was nice but it is clear Kualoa Ranch picks and chooses their reasons for refunds. My honest one wasn't honored. But they were able to refund 15% military discount but not when a full person is absent.

Unforgettable Adventure at Kualoa Ranch UTV Tour! Our UTV tour at Kualoa Ranch was absolutely breathtaking! From the moment we set off, we were surrounded by stunning landscapes, with lush valleys, towering mountains, and panoramic ocean views that felt straight out of a movie. The tour guides were fantastic—knowledgeable, engaging, and passionate about sharing the history and beauty of the land. They made the experience even more enjoyable with interesting stories and fun insights along the way. Exploring the rugged terrain in the UTV was thrilling, yet accessible for all experience levels. It was the perfect mix of adventure and sightseeing, and we left with incredible memories. If you're visiting Oahu, this tour is a must! It's an amazing way to experience the island’s natural beauty and learn more about its rich heritage.

If zero stars was an option, that's what I would rate my experience. The staff in the horse barn is TERRIBLE!!! We watched a horse get dragged on the ground by another horse because their reins got hooked on the second horse's saddle. Horses are walking all over tripping on the lead rope and reins. I'm sure the horse was severely injured. The staff was so disrespectful to my husband it was appalling. My husband is a disabled veteran who needed assistance mounting the horse. We were told they couldn't assist which is false as I watched them assist riders prior to our ride. Then I was told u couldn't assist him which is ridiculous as I watched parents assist their children in mounting. Basically they told us we shouldn't even bother with the ride at all. For some context, My husband has ridden before and is fine once he mounted the horse. I will be reporting the ranch to animal control and filing a claim in accordance with the ADA. What a horrible experience

Our tour guides were absolutely amazing . They knew so much about the history and were able to answer our questions in depth about the history, purpose and lore of the land! We did the UTV trail ride and ight recommend it

Amazing spot with jaw-dropping views, great value, and awesome tour guides. Felt like I was in Jurassic Park — only thing missing was a surprise dino attack (would’ve been 6 stars if a T-Rex popped out). Still, totally worth it. Highly recommend!
