The jungle expedition tour guide named Nio was discriminatory. She asked which party arrived first and we had been waiting for half an hour. When she approached us, she ignored us and asked the people behind us, who had someone not even arrived yet.

We did the Deluxe UTV Ride Along tour. Our tour guide, Ale'a did a fantastic job taking us round the ranch and provided lots of island history. He was very engaging and made the tour entertaining. We got a ton of info about the ranch including traditional Hawaiian cultural practices. The ranch is beautiful, the mountain ranges are amazing to see and the environment is quite serene. With the ride along tour we were with the guide at the head of the pack...very little dust to deal with even on an afternoon tour.

I had a very disappointing experience with the pickup service. The pickup staff called me exactly at 10:30 in a very rude and commanding tone, asking where I was and even threatening that they would only wait five minutes. Since I was at the wrong location, the staff became angry and spoke in a very forceful and disrespectful way. In my other tours, the pickup team always called ahead to confirm the time and location and spoke politely. This time, the experience felt unprofessional and already ruined the start of my day. For future customers, I strongly recommend that you call the company in advance, confirm the pickup time and location twice, and make sure you avoid dealing with rude service if it happens. The pickup is the first impression of the tour, and unfortunately, mine was one of the worst.

SUCH AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE! Sam was our tour guide and I truly feel we got so lucky having such a knowledgeable and FUN guy who truly made the experience so special! The sights were truly on a level of their own. Thank you again to the wonderful employees of the ranch, this was such a memorable part of our trip.

Zip lining was loads of fun, guides were friendly. Also went on Jurassic Park Tour, which was neat.

We had a long layover and wanted to be out in nature so we booked the Ocean Voyage tour. Sierra was our guide and taught us the history of the ranch and the pond. She was amazing and took the most beautiful pictures of us in amazing spots along the tour. This was a perfect activity. We were able to get out on the water, see sea turtles, and enjoy the perfect Hawaiian scenery without getting too sandy or gross to get back on the plane. I highly recommend this tour and we will be headed back for some of their other offerings. Don’t forget to give the lifeguard some pets!

Terrific views, Penny was an amazing guide. It was not even that busy and there is a nice quick service restaurant in the gift shop.
