Great place to wait
We were only able to get in for the departure for our trip. It was so nice to have a comfortable, air conditioned place to wait for our flight. We enjoyed the food and the service. Thank you.
Great experience overall...
Great experience overall - we haven't been to Jamaica in several years and didn't realize that customs had changed. Our agent helping us was incredible at helping us sort that quickly. The lounge at arrival was small and food options were pretty limited but was good to grab a snack for the kids especially. As a person with food allergies, there was nothing for me to eat but a drink after a long day of travel was nice. Departure lounge was worth every penny especially when traveling with the kids. Great area for them to play and be contained, plenty of food and food options on the buffet (maybe more heavy snacks than a true meal) but great to fill bellies before flight. Open bar for the adults was great. Service was incredible. The one draw back for us was our agent was NOT waiting for us at the meet up spot on arrival. It took probably about 15 minutes for the other associates to call to their base and to get someone sent to collect us. While we were tried and looking forward to getting moving when we landed, that was a bit of a disappointment when we saw everyone else walk up to their person immediately and head right on.
Save your money
This was WAY overplayed by people… we came in August during the slow season and the lounge is packed… it’s hot, no utensils, half the food options are not being restocked and the adults only area is swarming with kids. I wish we never booked her, epic waste of $110cdn!!

Good place to wait for other friends who had a flight delay. Portions were smaller than expected and just 'so-so' in taste.
