Awesome, won't fly from Montego Bay without this service
Absolutely the very best! Love this service. Fast security lane, excellent! We arrived at Montego Bay airport early as it was raining in MoBay and instead of walking around in the rain, we decided to return our car early and go to the airport. We arrived at 3 pm for a 7:30 pm flight...we had carry on bags so we did not need to wait for the airline to open the check in desk. We sailed through security using Club MoBay quick express lane, then went straight up into Club MoBay where we were beautifully greeted. We changed in their lovely bathroom, very clean, excellent air conditioning and we served complimentary drinks and enjoyed their buffet of soup (2 kinds - red pea and chicken vegetable), assorted salads, sandwiches (with bread and wraps) chicken and beef patties, hot jerk chicken and rice and peas. They had a selection of tiny pastries and a machine serving cappuccino, espresso, coffee, hot water and a selection of teas and hot chocolate. They has a shower but I did not see it or use it. There is also a divided off room with a glass wall for children with toys and books and a cushioned floor. The lounge chairs are very comfortable and they also have round tables with chairs where you can eat if you wish. There are multiple outlets each with a USB A and a USB C for charging your devices. I will never travel home from Montego Bay without making use of Club MoBay. They announce each flight with gate letters. Truly phenomenal service.

We were ushered to a dark corner initially until some more comfortable accommodations were available. Once we moved to the more plush lounge chairs none of the charging stations were working. We alerted the staff members but they were not able to remedy the problem. However the staff members were super nice and friendly.
Definitely Worth The Spend
Club Mobay is a must have when travelling to and from Jamaica. Being met at the plane, escorted through VIP immigration and customs upon arrival was a much needed assistance to avoid the airport chaos. Upon departure, the lounge has comfortable seating and amenities. The food was nice to have a small bite during the 3 hour wait for departure.
Exceptional Service
Amonique was our rep, and she sailed us through customs, even though we forgot to fill out the traveller document. We felt like idiots, but Amonique took care of us and made us feel cared for. Thank you so much!
