My wife surprised me with this, and it was nothing short of a fantastic experience. Everyone was so friendly and it just augmented our Jamaica experience from minute 1. This was the best experience I’ve ever had arriving to any country. The service was fast we were amazing with how quick we were finished. Our rep was Shania, she answered all our questions — she was very friendly, professional & knowledgable. If you get Shania, you’re in great hands. In the lounge our server was Nickesha, also very sweet and accommodating. This is something we will be utilizing again!
