I booked the club kingston arrival on the 30th of July, coming in from Cayman, but the service did not happen, despite my credit card was charged for the service. I need someone to contact me to reimburse my account.

The lounge was the idea setting to relax after a long day of packing and traveling. Great choice of food, with staff who were willing to go the extra mile to make you comfortable. Great experience!!
Excellent service
This is a fantastic service, one which is very welcome after a long flight. We had a lovely guide called Vivienne meet us immediately as we exited the plane on arrival in Kingston, Jamaica. She escorted us to the front of every queue, passport control, customs etc. Once our luggage was collected she brought us to a private area where we enjoyed some refreshments and delicious snacks while she went to check on our taxi. This is an excellent service if you value time and convenience as we do.
