Itinerary
Arrival Service (not applicable to departure only bookings): After exiting your plane at Kingston's Norman Manley Airport, you'll be greeted by your Club Kingston Rep holding a personalized sign. Move through customs & immigration with fast track. Fill out immigration forms and you'll be guided through the fast-track line. Then, your host will help retrieve your luggage at baggage claim. Proceed through fast-track Customs line. You'll be escorted to your tour operator or private transportation. Departure Lounge (not applicable to arrival only bookings): Check in for your flight and head to security & immigration fast-track line. Present your voucher for quick access. Next, head to mezzanine level to enter Club Kingston departure lounge. Enjoy hi speed WiFi, flat-screen TVs, magazines, newspapers, or conference facility. Snack on fresh fruit, sandwiches, tapas, sushi, pastries, then sip on a warm coffee/tea, a cold beverage or an alcoholic beverage! Drinks and snacks are complimentary.

Avoid booking through Trip Advisor
Avoid. I booked and paid for arrival and departure service at Kingston Jamaica. The arrival service happened and was effective and efficient. After that my account showed no booking for the departure and I had no communications either. Trip Advisor ignored my email to customer service. I will be reporting them to my credit card for fraud.
Good experience with a little more variety needed in options
Good experience. Professional and friendly staff. Need more variety in terms of breakfast items. Was looking for Acker and salt fish and maybe liver to be included on the menu.
Great experience
Pleased with the service, the arrival section was gretaa s it sped up the process of immigration & customs. The departure I think I will not do next time as the only benefit is lounge access, you have to clear imigration & securty on your own. That said, i would use the arriavl next time.
