Itinerary
We meet at the Molly Malone statue on Suffolk Street. You’ll board our comfortable coach, meet our legendary guide and fellow adventurers, and then head west out of Dublin. You'll be crossing the width of Ireland this morning! *PLEASE ARRIVE AT THE MEETING POINT 10 MIN BEFORE THE APPOINTED TIME*
Explore Aillwee Cave, a 330 million-year-old gem of the Burren's geological history. Experience a 45-minute guided trip that takes you 850 metres below the surface to explore waterfalls, chasms, and unusual rock formations. Admire the remnants of the European brown bear and the hibernation chambers, which bear testament to an intriguing past. A fascinating underground journey that unveils the region's rich history and geological mysteries.
Just so you're aware, this stop is just for lunch in the charming O'Donohue's Pub for a delicious traditional meal.
Rising dramatically from the Atlantic Ocean, the Cliffs of Moher are one of Ireland’s most iconic natural landmarks. Stretching for 8 kilometres along County Clare’s rugged coastline and reaching heights of over 700 feet, the cliffs offer breathtaking panoramic views of the Aran Islands, Galway Bay, and the wild Burren landscape. Visitors can enjoy a walk along the cliff-edge paths, explore the award-winning visitor centre, and experience the sheer power of nature as waves crash far below. Whether it’s a misty morning or a clear sunset, the Cliffs of Moher never fail to leave a lasting impression.
As you return to Dublin, you'll have plenty of time to reflect on an extraordinary day of adventure and spectacular views.

We got very wet on the...
We got very wet on the boat and it was cold. But my 15 year old was having so much fun it was worth it. For any Harry Potter fans - was fun to see the cave entrance where the horcrux locket was.
Amazing time!
The tour guide was amazing and very knowledgeable. The food stop we had was the best food I had the entire trip definitely recommend the fish and chips!
Great Day trip with Matthew from Irish Day Tours.
Great Day trip with Matthew from Irish Day Tours. We made a few quick scenic picture stops because we were a small group. Caves of Aliwee was great and so was the Birds of Prey show with Declan and Elliot. We stopped at a great Irish Pub called McGann’s beef stew and fish and chips were excellent. Cliffs of Moher was spectacular but extremely windy. Amazing day all around. Thank you Matthew.
Do not book - this is a scam
This tour is a scam I highly DO NOT recommend. One month before our tour date, the tour was changed - they removed the boat tour and replaced it with a birds of prey exhibit. We were fine with this and still very excited for the tour. Two days before the tour, my friend received a call from the host saying that they were no longer able to take us on Wednesday but instead could take us Thursday. I never received this call. The host said that we could still use our Wednesday tickets and nothing would change in the Viator system. We rearranged our other travel plans so that we could make it on the Thursday tour. Our tickets said arrive 10 minutes before the departure time of 7:15am so we got there at 7am. When we got to the meeting spot, no one else was there and at 7:10 we called the host and messaged several times asking where they were at and for clarification on what is happening. The host never got back to us. We then called Viator for a refund and were originally told we were unable to get a refund because our booking in Viator was on Wednesday so it had already happened, even though the guide called us and moved it to Thursday. After 30+ minutes on the call with Viator they finally gave us all refunds. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. This has thrown our whole trip awry and the tour host has been completely unresponsive. Please do not book this tour if you want to have a stress free vacation.
Wonderful Day! Super Worth It!
From the morning until night, we had a great day. So glad we chose this excursion. We started with the stop at the cave, which was super cool! It was unfortunately bad weather and couldn’t do the boat tour. But our guide made other arrangements and we saw the Birds of Prey show. We felt very well taken care of all day. It is a long day, but we had plenty of chances to catch cat naps between stops. Our diver/tour guide was super awesome! He was friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend this day!
