I really enjoy taking a food tour when visiting a city for the first time. It is a great way to orient myself and get an introduction to the food and culture of that locale. This tour did not disappoint either as having Darren, a legit chef, walk us through the food that is engrained in the identity of Bologna was extra special. It also helped to filter through the numerous options that can sometimes overwhelm someone that is visiting for the first time. The food was amazing and the conversations along the way made for a fun evening.
