Not really an Underground Tour
This does not reflect on Viator at all since the information provided comes from the tour company itself. I have used Viator many times most recently in May while in Norway and Iceland and all our tours were spectacular and dealing with Viator is extremely easy. Unfortunately, the information provided by the local company was somewhat misleading. We have done Underground tours in the past where we traveled underground through tunnels and old sewer systems ending up in a different location from where we started. The only underground part of this tour was in the basement and sib basement of an old brewery and learned about the brewery. As for the tour guide, she spent a lot of time talking about how in the 1800's since there was no plumbing they dumped the pots and dirty bath water out the windows. She did provide some of the history of the area. I now know that there were well over a hundred bars and multiple breweries in that area.
