Fun activities, uncomfortable transportation
The excursions were informative and interesting but the bus was extremely uncomfortable and the seatbelts did not work. Additionally, after a 12 hour excursion, there were no nearby restrooms available for non guests at the drop off location.
Excellent experience
Raffa our guide was very knowledgeable. He had a great sense of humor especially as our tour started so early.
Avoid SAT Mexico for this Tour
Been on multiple tours to Chichen Itza with different carriers and this was by far the worst experience. They cut into your time at archeological sites by making unnecessary stops to try to upsale you with nick-knacks. The guide stood in one spot away from the sites to avoid the sun and failed to provide substantive information. Lots of claims of "my culture" and "we care" but the only thing that was evident was greed and substandard service.
Wonderful experience
This was a well organized tour. From communicating, coordinating where to meet, going on the tour, lunch... this was definately the highlight of my trip to Cancun. I would highly recommend this tour company.
Fun and food
We had a great experience on this tour. Our guide Alfredo was funny and entertaining you can tell he really enjoys his culture and sharing it with others. The tour was great and then swimming after was refreshing. The food was great and was unlimited buffet. We didn’t do the VIP ticket and I think that was perfect.
