Amazing experience to Chitchen Itzá, Cenotes and Valladolid! We had the BEST tour guide, TONY 👏👏so much knowledge and he was fun and interesting. Beautiful sites, history and amazing swim spot. Thanks to Ivan our driver!
“The ceremony of relaxing, recharging to go back to our normal life”
The whole experience with the best bilingual tour guides, extremely affordable and fun 🤩 we experienced the best knowledge Information about our entire trip, lots of incredible education related to the Mayan culture and the hole Mexican vibe, food, culture. I will bring my entire family next time. From the bus drivers to the entire staff very professional Alan and Mr Manuel the driver in our trip to Chichen-Itza were more than incredibly, friendly and very knowledgeable. We loved Alan Checo, Elo, the capitán and all the crew going to Isla Mujeres is 100% recommended. Muchas gracias i wish I could uploaded more pictures for you to feel our memories through the images, God bless you. See you for sure again. Mucho amor from Haydee and Steven :) Well Done amigos
Best combo tour
Worth every penny spent! The staff was very informative and mad sure we had a local experience! I recommend touring with them
The Catamaran was packed with well over 60 people.
First, the trip to see the pyramids was as expected in every way. The cost for knick knacks will knock your socks off. Our guide was great. Day 2 ooooof! Our transport to the bay included 30min late 3 stops collecting 15 paying folks in a vehicle that could only hold 11. The catamaran was clearly overbooked. There had to be over 60 people. My family of five was sitting in areas that clearly weren’t meant for sitting. The had us take our water shoes off to enter the vessel. While entering my daughter slipped on the slippery surface and cut her foot between her toes. We had to take a separate ferry at our expense to take our daughter to seek medical attention. All they had was a poorly stocked first aid kit full of wrappers instead of sterile supplies. When she was seen at the hospital they asked us who bandaged her and commented that they didn’t know what they were doing and that the wound was not properly cleaned. This ended our water activities as a family. Avoid a company that will place more care for the vehicle than the humans it’s designed to carry. They should be fined if not sued for how they operate. If you are ok feeling like cattle being transferred from one port to another. It’s on you.
1st day your great. 2nd day not so much
Chichén Itzá and Cenote was amazing. Our tour guide Pastor was helpful and informative. A really kind guy. I rate this as average because the second day which included the catamaran to isla mujeres was not clear that shuttle service was not included and would be an additional fee. Buyer be aware. Shuttle service is only for day one and unless you are close to Cancun you will need to get shuttle service so an additional appx 1300 mxn (70usd). Also I tried several times to set up shuttle service through Trip Advisor and SAT Tours but never got options. Just the same repeated message that shuttle service was not included. So ended up not going on the Isla Mujeres portion. Might be better to exclude Isla Mujeres if you do not lock down shuttle service.
