Excellent experience. Company is super easy to work with, great communication and they were prompt in changing our tickets to another day and time with no fuss, easy...easy, and polite! We had a great time touring Central Park with Rick and AJ. There were four of us, so we had two pedicabs, and they did an excellent job riding side by side so our whole group could stay together and hear everything along the way. Rick and AJ were both very knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to talk to. We learned a ton about Central Park that we never would have known just walking through on our own. It was a fun, relaxing, and memorable way to see the park. Highly recommend this tour, especially if you can get Rick and AJ as your guides.
