Avoid at all cost!
⭐☆☆☆☆ Avoid this company at all costs. This was, without question, the worst experience of our entire trip to Italy. We booked an Amalfi Coast tour through Naples Bay, arrived at the meeting point a full hour early, and waited there the entire time. No one ever showed up. When we finally reached them by phone, they falsely claimed that they had already been there and that we had missed the tour. That is simply not true. We were at the meeting point the entire time, and no representative, guide, or vehicle ever arrived. Instead of apologizing or trying to resolve the situation, they blamed us for their own mistake and spoke to us in a rude and disrespectful manner. We were treated as if everything was our fault. To make matters even worse, they kept almost $155 for a tour that never happened and refused to issue any refund. We paid for an experience that was never provided. We lost our money, lost an entire day of our vacation, and missed the opportunity to visit the Amalfi Coast because of this company’s complete failure. This company showed no accountability, no professionalism, and no respect for its customers. I would never book with them again, and I strongly advise everyone to stay away. If you value your time, your money, and your vacation, choose a different tour operator.
Beautiful in part
We start purchased through a tourist point a tour to Pompeii and Vesuvius to be carried out the day after purchase. The attendant, despite our concerns about the availability of seats, assured that everything would take place on time. Unfortunately, this was not the case. After a couple of hours, not having received any indications on where to meet and at what time, we phoned the contact (Mr Riccardo). To cut a long story short at 7pm on Friday night we still had no certainty about the tour the next day. In the end, seats were not available and we proposed a change to Capri. We were refunded the difference cash but it is not a tour with a guide. Mr. John. Riccardo drops you off at the port of Naples and then it's a DIY. We liked the ride but we could have bought tickets independently. The agency was not an added value.
