Itinerary
Board one of our air-conditioned coaches from Malaga. Remember to reconfirm your details at least 48h before the activity! From there, sit back and relax on your journey to the Caminito del Rey.
During the route, enjoy the views and natural landscapes that you will cross, such as Sierra de Alcaparain, where you will see extensive orange tree plantations and several Andalusian white villages. Just 9km from Caminito del Rey, we will make a stop of approximately one hour, in the picturesque town of Ardales where you will have free time to visit it at your leisure. At this stop, you can stretch your legs, have a snack and recharge your batteries before starting the Caminito del Rey hiking trail.
The construction of a water channel from the reservoirs in the north to El Chorro was carried out together with a path for maintaining the channel. This one is known as El Caminito del Rey (The King’s Little Pathway) because it was first opened by King Alfonso XIII. This path, about 3 kilometers long, has stretched of less than 1 meter wide and it is hanging about 100 meters high above the Guadalhorce River.

Traveler reviews
Wonderful trip
Well organised. Your guides very friendly, informative and helpful. Ran on schedule and bus was very comfortable.
Spectacular experience!!
Incredibly cool experience! Quite demanding hiking so good fitness is preferable. It was a lot of people but well laid out so it was never crowded. Plenty of time to shoot and film the experience.
Caminito del Rey bus tour
Gorgeous views and amazing walk but way too many people on one tour. Highly recommend a smaller group with 8-10 max. We had 23! Our guide couldn’t keep control. Radios didn’t work and batteries died on mine. The back and forth to English and French was annoying. I would do a single language only. Excellent area to tour but we would do it alone or with a much for private tour next time
Caminito Walk
Cesar and Irene were great guides. Very pretty and unusual walk through the canyon! I really enjoyed it!!
Amazing views and a must-do
A must to see and do I think touring company dont matter too much going with this company was just the basics. The views are beyond amazing and so happy to go and not too hard of a walk
