Completely disorganized 38 minute river cruise

For an event that happens consistently throughout the day, this was completely disorganized, so disorganized that it was 38 minutes from the time we pushed off until we touched back. There were 2 boats loading from the same dock, so they kept those for this cruise on land until the other one was loaded. We had a 7:00 ride, were told to be there at 6:45, and didn't even start loading until 7:00. There was no one directing people on land, so no one knew if we were even in the right line. Completely disorganized. I'm not sure how it's advertised as an hour, or 50 minutes, but ours was not. And on top of that, the setup of chairs on the top deck was three chairs on either side. Considering that many people are in groups of two, this left all of the middle seats on both sides of the aisle open. It just seems all poorly thought out. Also, there was no narration. The views were stunning when we did get out, but I'm sure you can see these views with a better cruise.

Excellent cruise

Lovely trip with amazing views. Boat travelled at a reasonable speed so you could view all the sights. Thoroughly enjoyable

A Budapest highlight

A highlight of a visit to Budapest. If possible, experience it at nightfall. The lighting of the Parliament and the bridges is absolutely worth seeing!

Nice experience

Good to spend 1.5 hours - meant the boat sailed slower. Parlament was not fully lid up when we started trip. Really nice experience.
