Full description
As we make our way south, your guide will introduce you to Brighton’s unique personality and share stories about its transformation from a small fishing community into one of Britain’s most colorful and unconventional seaside destinations. Known for its creativity, inclusivity, and independent spirit, Brighton has always done things a little differently.
We’ll soon arrive in the famous North Laine, one of the most vibrant parts of the city. Packed with colorful storefronts, vintage shops, street art, cafés, and independent businesses, the neighborhood perfectly captures Brighton’s creative character. Here, we’ll switch things up with rich, creamy gelato and another delicious addition to our sweet adventure.
Just around the corner, we’ll continue exploring the winding streets of the Lanes and North Laine before enjoying a uniquely British experience with locally blended tea. With imaginative flavors and unexpected combinations, it’s a fun break from the sweets and a taste of the city’s modern tea culture.
From here, we’ll make our way toward the seafront, passing more of central Brighton’s historic architecture and lively streets. Your guide will point out local landmarks and share stories about the characters and events that have shaped this famously eclectic city.
Our adventure finishes at the iconic Brighton Palace Pier, which has been entertaining visitors on the English Channel since the Victorian era. With its amusement rides, arcade games, sea views, and classic seaside atmosphere, it’s the perfect place to end our journey.
Come hungry and ready to explore. This family-friendly walking tour combines delicious donuts, gelato, tea, North Laine, the Lanes, Brighton history, local culture, and the famous Palace Pier into one unforgettable seaside sweet adventure.

Reviews
The tour was quite long and it was difficult to keep the kids engaged. The donut store was the best stop where we got to choose a donut. At the rest of the stops the food items were pre ordered and we didn’t get a choice which was a bit disappointing. I was also unhappy that the tour ended at a different location to the starting point - we were handed a map and had to find our own way back. Having never been to Cork before, this wasn’t particularly easy and we had to run to catch our train back to Cobh.
It was a pleasant tour our guides new the area very well
Kat was a great guide. The donuts were delicious and she also included a lot of history of Toronto. The walk was an easy pace and gave us time to prepare for the next round. She provided us with other places to taste Toronto food and there was time to grab some of that food too. We loved the tour and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Toronto!
