Fun experience
Nate is a good tour guide. Informative and friendly.
Nate is 👍 Yellow S & Salt Lake
Hello! I’m Stella from NE originally from Hong Kong. My four girlfriends from HK traveled for this Yellowstone and Salt Lake trip! We had Nate Rollins as our tour guide, driver and integrator so and so. In general, we five very happy with Nate as his language skills that serving different nations at the same time. His character, knowledge and his unique passion just fit extremely well in this position. The entire Group in the van seems very pleasant of his performance. I personally highly recommend Nate! For improvements: 1) the van for fourteen ppl is extremely jam packed and it’s so hardly moving around or even breath naturally! This is kind of very mean to have such a small van accompanied 13 guests! The tourists are for traveling and enjoying life not by torturing! 2) whoever manages the paper work please get a more fascinated system as who paid for what! This is such an embarrassment again and again in this quick journey Nate had to stopped for times to explain and to clarify! Please fix above problems no matter you are No 1 or the 2nd travel agent. This is totally unacceptable that you have your tour guy to fix this problem right on the spot.! Very lucky this is a very inclusive team or what so ever! Blessings!
