Great day with an amazing instructor, Ala! This was a perfect start to our day. We got to make and eat some fantastic food. Would highly recommend.
Enjoyable but…. Too many people!
Enjoyable experience but spoiled by the amount of people squeezed into it. Was advertised as max 12 people in the class and there were 16. Far too many. Bumping elbows all crammed in around the table. The host Luca was great. Absolutely no complaints there but just too many people. It also would have been better if we had done more of the work to make the Tiramisu. Most of it was prepared and we just put it together. Not exactly cooking! The pasta making itself was enjoyable and plenty of Prosecco and wine to go with it all. Just far too many people.
Great fun & great value course in the heart of Bologna
Fantastic hands-on experience for keen cooks & novices alike. Luca was a brilliant instructor. We made tiramisu, tortellini and tagliatelle. The pastas were cooked and served with beautiful sauces, bread and wine followed by the delicious tiramisu. We left the course with full bellies & full hearts. Great fun & great value course in the heart of Bologna.
