Airport pickup and Candelaroa walking tour
Our guide was excellent! He knew a lot about Bogotá's history, politics, culture, birds. With his keen eyes he could spot tiny hummingbirds from far away. He took good care of us and showed us some of the special things about Bogotá. It was a great value.
The experience with Sara...
The experience with Sara was very interesting. She shared many historical facts with us. We visited the places mentioned in the tour and tried the local fruits.
Fantastic!
We enjoyed the experience very much. Liz was wonderful, she accompanied us at all times and took our preferences into consideration. The entire tour was very pleasant; we visited Monserrate, La Candelaria, tried the local fruit, enjoyed the coffee, had a delicious meal at one of the best restaurants in the city center, visited the Botero Museum, and the Bolivar Square. Additionally, the tour included transportation to and from the hotel. Highly recommended!
A beautiful experience!
I had an amazing experience with Gran Colombia Tours, especially thanks to my guide, Camilo. I didn’t even realize I had booked a private tour, so it was such a wonderful surprise when Camilo introduced himself as my private guide for the day. From the moment he picked me up at my hotel until he dropped me off, everything was perfectly organized. Camilo is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. He shared so much interesting information about Monserrate, La Candelaria, and the history and culture of Bogotá, which made the experience even more meaningful. I especially enjoyed the fruit tasting, and it was also nice to stop for a coffee together during the tour. What I appreciated most was Camilo’s positive energy and the relaxed atmosphere he created throughout the day. Although it was a long tour, time flew by because I was enjoying every moment. Thank you, Camilo, for such a memorable day. I highly recommend this tour and especially Camilo as a guide if you want to experience Bogotá in a personal, informative, and enjoyable way.
5 stars for luis
The private tour was perfect for my situation. I had a very limited time in bogota and they kindly changed my booking to suit that requirement. Luis was just perfect. From pickup till drop off. From the monserate to the streets of candelaria. We had the best empanada, tamales, fruits and coffee. It was an experience of a lifetime. I have learned alot from luis within those 5 hrs and had a better understanding of bogota and colombia in general. Definitely Will book again for my trip next year. Muchas gracias luis and the team!
